Abstract:
In view of problems of bad coordination existed in current environment monitoring and control device of mine-used lifesaving cabin in China, the paper proposed a new type of design scheme of environment monitoring and control device of mine-used lifesaving cabin. It made a integrated design of intrinsically safe power supply, sensor, monitoring computer and communication protocol of the device to improve coordination; it used design of low power consumption and anti-interference for sensor to reduce interference of closed environment and other gas to sensor and improve stability and operability of the device.
Wireless Data Collecting Device of Underground Mining Equipments Based on CC2420

Abstract:
In view of problem of inconvenient operation that mining equipments whose position move randomly use single machine collecting mode to collect data, the paper proposed a design scheme of wireless data collecting device based on CC2420. Data collecting module in the device collects data of working state and working parameters of mining equipments by use of PLC in electric cabinet of mining equipments and sends the processed data to wireless transmitter through RS485 serial port; the wireless transmitter sends the data to wireless receiver through radio frequency module CC2420 and the received data are stored in buffer by the wireless receiver, and the data is written in U disk when the buffer is full. The actual application showed that the device can collect data of the mining equipments conveniently.
3D Visualization Platform of Mine Based on 3D GIS

Abstract:
In view of problems existed in 2D GIS information management system of coal mine, the paper proposed a design scheme of 3D visualization platform of mine based on 3D GIS. It introduced whole structure, functions of function modules and application effect of the platform. The actual application showed that the platform realizes fusion and visualization analysis of kinds of safety monitoring data and can make quick and accurate warning and forecasting for hidden danger of coal mine.
Design of an Intelligent Charger of Ni-MH Batteries

Abstract:
In view of problems that charger of Ni-MH batteries based on MAX713 is only used in charging for 1~16 Ni-MH batteries and exists virtual filling, the paper proposed a design scheme of intelligent charger of Ni-MH batteries which can charge for more than 16 Ni-MH batteries. The charger takes MAX713 as basis and uses serial way to link batteries, and is added timing detection function which can ensure fully filling of Ni-MH batteries through controlling relay by single-chip microcomputer. The actual application showed that the charger has certain practicability.

Abstract:
In view of problem of bigger output ripper existed in intrinsically safe power supply based on single-phase synchronous boost technology, the paper proposed a design scheme of intrinsically safe power supply based on two-phase synchronous boost technology whose output end is added filtering inductances and capacitances. Taking the minimum kindling curve as foundation, it analyzed intrinsically safe performance and made optimal design for circuit parameters of the power supply. The sparking test proved feasibility of design of the power supply.
Design of a Mine-used Large-scale LED Array Display Screen with Mosaic Type

Abstract:
In view of problems that large-scale LED electronic display screen used in surface has high power consumption and ca't be used in coal mine underground, the paper proposed a design scheme of mine-used LED array display screen with mosaic type. It gave structure of the display screen and introduced design of hardware and software of the display screen in details. The display screen not only can be used singly, but also can be used with information guiding system of coal mine. The debugging and test results showed that the display screen can receive and display figure and letter sent by upper computer real-timely and reaches prospective goal.

Abstract:
In order to know running state of main electromechanical equipments of coal mine, the paper proposed a design scheme of monitoring system for electromechanical equipments of coal mine. The system uses temperature sensor, pressure sensor and electric acquisition box to collect running state data of main electromechanical equipments of coal mine such as fan and hoist, and sends the data to monitoring substations which communicate with upper computer of surface monitoring center through RS485 bus, so as to realize remote monitoring function for underground electromechanical equipments. Long-time performance test result showed that the system has perfect running state.
Design Requirements of Mine-used Wireless Methane Sensor

Abstract:
The paper analyzed performance requirements of mine-used methane sensor about stability of displayed value, response time and error limit at present, pointed out battery and communication signal of mine-used wireless methane sensor should accord with certain design requirements besides performance requirements of mine-used methane sensor, namely, timed wakening and receiving way should be used, duty cycle should be decreased and wireless transceiving rate should be improved to decrease power consumption, and mine-used wireless methane sensor should be designed as small-sized intrinsically safe device. It introduced common problems in designing mine-used wireless methane sensor and corresponding countermeasures. Finally, it put forward design requirements to insure measuring performance and safety performance of mine-used wireless methane sensor in terms of adaption of Internet of things of sensor mine, wireless communication, backup power supply, antenna, remote control function and so on.
Technologies of Batteries Used in Coal Mine Vehicles

Abstract:
The paper introduced characteristics of various batteries used in trackless auxiliary haulage vehicles of coal mine including special type lead-acid battery of coal mine, flame-proof and start lead-acid battery, flame-proof and fixed lead-acid battery and new type lithium iron phosphate battery, and analyzed existed problems of the batteries in application and corresponding solutions. It pointed out development direction of batteries used in coal mine vehicles at present, namely large-scale trackless auxiliary haulage vehicles can also use special type lead-acid battery of coal mine, small-scale trackless auxiliary haulage vehicles would use new type lithium iron phosphate battery, and electric start and air start flame-proof diesel locomotives can use combined power supply of new type lithium iron phosphate battery and super capacitor.

Abstract:
The paper proposed a scheme of magnetic tracking navigation of autonomous mobile patrolling robot on fully mechanized coal face of coal mine underground. The scheme defines magnetic tracking material and magnetic sensor of the robot as stripy magnet with high intensity magnetic and model MS-324 tongue tube through experiment, it defines installing position and working process of the tongue tube of the robot with example of collecting underground image information by wheeled robot. The experiment result showed that the robot can moves stably when distances between two tongue tubes are 40 mm.
Research of Control System with Double Closed Loops of Three-level SAPF

Abstract:
The paper put forward a design scheme of control system with double closed loops of three-level SAPF. The system uses ip-iq method to extract harmonics and uses instantaneous reactive power theory to detect three-phase voltage and load current, so as to calculate compensation current. The voltage loop is controlled by fuzzy PI controller and current loop is controlled by internal model controller. Meanwhile, the system adopts three-level SVPWM modulator to output compensation current. The simulation experiment result showed that the system has good harmonic compensation effect.
Research of Covariance Intersection Algorithm Based on Unscented Transformatio

Abstract:
In view of problems existed in data fusion of distributed data observation system, namely bigger error in data linearization process and uncorrecting error in filtering process, the paper proposed a covariance intersection algorithm based on unscented transformation. The algorithm makes unscented transformation for system's data at first, then uses covariance intersection algorithm to filter data, which can gain better filtering performance. The experiment result showed that the algorithm makes up deficiencies of covariance intersection algorithm and can correct errors produced in processes of data linearization and filtering, which is an effective data fusion algorithm.
Dynamic Simulation Design of Simple Honeycomb Briquette Machine Based on ADAMS

Abstract:
In order to finish design of honeycomb briquette machine efficiently, a method of dynamic simulation design of simple honeycomb briquette machine in ADAMS environment was introduced. Firstly, models of virtual prototype of each composing mechanism of the machine were built in ADAMS software, then restriction and drive were added in the models. The simulation result showed that mechanical system of simple honeycomb briquette machine designed by the method is stable and reliable, whose motion characteristics can fully meet requirements of overall performances of honeycomb briquette machine.

Abstract:
It has a lot of strong interference signals in signals explored by transient electromagnetic method. If the strong interference signals ca't be eliminated, error of calculating result will be big. So the paper proposed a design scheme of collection and pretreatment system of transient electromagnetic data based on LabVIEW. The system uses data collection card USB2089 to collect secondary turbulence field signal and transfer the signal to digital signal that can be processed by computer, then uses function flow and function algorithm of LabVIEW platform to eliminate strong interference signal of the digital signal, so as to realize effective collection of transient electromagnetic data. The simulation result showed that the system can eliminate strong interference signal in transient electromagnetic data and ensures accuracy of collected data.

Abstract:
In view of problems that utilization coefficient of DC bus voltage is not high in traditional driver of PMSM which uses sine pulse width modulation technology, the paper proposed a design scheme of control system of PMSM based on SVPWM. It analyzed working principle of the system and expounded implementation of SVPWM algorithm, and gave design of hardware and software of the system. The experiment result showed that the system has quick starting speed and reliable running.

Abstract:
The paper analyzed working principle of permanent magnet linear motor with moving coil, gave mathematical model of permanent magnet linear motor with moving coil which is used to drive electro-hydraulic proportional valve, and built simulation model of the motor with Matlab/Simulink software. The simulation result showed that regulating time of step response of the motor is less than 30 ms when displacement instruction is 5 mm, which has good dynamic response characteristics of high-frequency.
Research of Fault Diagnosis System of Power Grid Based on DS Evidence Theory

Abstract:
In view of problem of higher misdiagnosis rate in fault diagnosis system of power grid based on single criterion, the paper proposed a design scheme of fault diagnosis system of power grid with multi-criterion fusion decision based on DS evidence theory. The scheme uses three criterion methods of threshold method based on value distinguishing, threshold method based on current differential and threshold method based on power direction to judge a section of data of fault recorder, and makes fusion for judging results by use of DS evidence theory, so as to judge fault type and fault position accurately. The example analysis showed that the scheme can improve accuracy of fault diagnosis of power grid effectively.
Design of Repeaters of Mine-used CAN Bus

Abstract:
The paper introduced design methods of two repeaters of CAN bus, namely hard repeater and soft repeater. Hard repeater has simple circuit but short transmission distance or small transmission rate of CAN bus. Soft repeater uses CPU to transfer data with convenient upgrading and has data filtering function to decrease bus load, but which is not suitable for CAN bus system with high requirement of time sequence. Both of the repeaters are verified at field and should be selected according to actual system.

Abstract:
In view of problems that intelligent sensors in safety monitoring and control system of coal mine need make field setting and periodic calibration for parameters, the paper proposed a design scheme of intelligent setting device taking P89LPC936 single-chip microcomputer as core. The setting device communicates with intelligent sensors through RS232 serial port and can accurately receive and display measured values and other parameters of all kinds of intelligent sensors; it makes real-time and field setting and calibration for parameters such as upper limit and lower limit of measurement and address of intelligent sensors through RS232 serial port; it can accurately measure and display bus current and supply current of intelligent sensors so as to judge working state of intelligent sensors. The actual application showed that the setting device has characteristics of convenient in carrying, simple in operation, stable and reliable in running.

Abstract:
In view of present situation of frequent activities of deep ground pressure in Lead-zinc Mine of Xitieshan, the paper proposed a design scheme of real-time monitoring system for microseism based on LabVIEW. The system uses three-component geophone to detect microseism signal and transmit the signal to industrial computer and LabVIEW software platform to make process through preamplifier circuit, filtering circuit, NI CRIO-9014 and NI 9201, so as to realize real-time monitoring and location function for microseism. The actual application showed that real-time performance and accuracy of the system meet with design requirements and the system has certain feasibility.

Abstract:
In order to real-timely get running state information of experiment system of gas extraction in goaf, a monitoring and control system of goaf gas extraction experiment was designed. The system uses EDA9017 and EDA9150 to collect gas flow, gas concentration, static pressure of airflow, value of air velocity and running state information of fan, and sends the collected data to PC through RS485 bus to make operator know running state of the experiment system of gas extration in whole goaf through monitoring and control interface. The actual application verified validity, stability and reliability of the system.

Abstract:
In view of problems of single function and bad reliability of existing electrical parameters measuring system of gas power station of coal mine, the paper proposed a design scheme of electrical parameters measuring system based on DSP. The system takes DSP TMS320LF2407A as control core and can measure parameters of voltage, current, active power, reactive power and power factor of three-phase AC. The results of test and actual application showed that measuring error of the system is less than 0.5% and the system has higher reliability and better anti-interference ability.

Abstract:
For problems that non-automatic control mode of single support has low efficiency and speed of sequentially automatic control of grouped single support is slower than coal-cutting speed in PM31 electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support, the paper put forward a scheme which can realize synchronously automatic control of grouped multi-hydraulic supports by use of original program in controller of hydraulic support of the system, namely interconnecting controllers of every support through main cable and terminal to control electromagnetic and electro-hydraulic driver to make grouped supports act synchronously according to data of travel sensor of support advance and pressure sensor of column. The practice showed that the scheme has good application effect and improves stopping efficiency of fully mechanized coal face.

Abstract:
In order to solve problems of low efficiency of locomotive transportation and indefinite materials route caused by shortage of efficient monitoring and control methods of track locomotive transportation system of Chengzhuang Coal Mine, the paper pointed out necessity of designing management system of underground materials transportation. It analyzed advantages and disadvantages of active RFID technology and passive RFID technology with high-frequency, and proposed a management system of underground materials transportation based on UHF RFID. The system is composed of passive RFID label of anti-metal, fixed-mode UHF FRID reader-writer, handed-mode FRID reader-writer and management software of material transportation, and can realize functions of distinguishing, location and remote monitoring for underground locomotives and materials. The actual application showed that the system can improve efficiency of mine auxiliary haulage system effectively.

Abstract:
For problems that instantaneous large current in start of mine-used devices could lead to power supply cutting-off and abnormal start of the devices, the paper introduced design of a kind of soft-start circuit for mine-used intrinsic safety devices which is composed of simple components. It gave principle of the circuit and analyzed performances of soft-start, current limit, delay and under-voltage cutting-off of the circuit. The test result proved validity and reliability of the circuit.

Abstract:
In view of problems of raw coal transportation system of Zhangjiamao Mining Co., Ltd., the paper proposed a design scheme of improved raw coal transportation system. The scheme optimizes control logic based on existing equipments, namely, frequency converter of 101 fixed belt communicates with PLC through Profibus, operator station can real-timely know running information of frequency converter of 101 fixed belt through industrial Ethernet; frequency converter of main belt communicates with PLC by DeviceNet; CST system of belt of 5-2 coal roadway is connected with nearby industrial Ethernet; protection controllers of main belt, 101 fixed belt and belt of 5-2 coal roadway are added with corresponding protocol conversion modules so as to realize communication of all protection controllers and equipments. The actual application showed that the reformed system runs stably and reliably, which solves problems existed in original system.

In view of problems of no protection, no pre-warning signal and low automation in main transport system of Shanmushu Coal Mine, the paper proposed a reform scheme of belt protection and control system. It introduced design of HMI of monitoring computer, PLC control system, configuration of belt protection sensor, monitoring function of integrated motor protector in details. Abstract:
In order to verify accuracy of values of grounding insulation resistance and distributed capacitance of underground low-voltage power grid measured by AC voltammetry and AC-DC voltammetry, the paper introduced theory analysis and deduction of calculating formula of the two methods, and made comparison for measuring results of the two methods by use of analog circuit of underground low-voltage power grid. It got conclusion that the error of values of grounding insulation resistance and distributed capacitance measured by AC-DC voltammetry is smaller.

Abstract:
Taking project of managing distribution network of Jining, the paper introduced structure, main parameters, functions and actual application of FDR4011-GSM fault detection device of distribution automation, and analyzed principle that the device processes two interphase short circuit faults of radial line and ring network line in details. The analysis result showed that the device can realize rapid and automatic diagnosis and isolation of interphase short circuit fault and has good operability, real-time performance and reliability.

Abstract:
In view of resource problem caused by using two timers/counters of single-chip microcomputer to realize PWM, the paper proposed a method of using single timer/counter to realize PWM. It gave characteristics of PWM signal and timer/counter of MCS-51 single-chip microcomputer, and detailedly introduced implementation of the method by an example of PWM control of hydraulic proportion valve and analyzed performances of the PWM. The analyzing result showed that the PWM can meet with general application and solves problem of resource shortage of timers/counters in single-chip microcomputer, but frequency, phase accuracy and stability of PWM signal are influenced by interrupt response time in some degree.

In order to improve automation level and production efficiency of fully mechanized coal face, the paper proposed a design scheme of automatic combination cutting-and-conveying unit of fully mechanized coal face. The unit uses visual computer monitoring and control system to control complete equipments of combined switch, electrical haulage shearer, hydraulic supports, conveyor, loud-speaking telephones along the coal face and intelligent emulsion pump through CAN bus. The actual application showed that the unit realizes functions of remote and centralized monitoring and control and management for fully mechanized mining equipments.

Design of hardware circuit of the ranger was introduced in details and main program flow of software of the ranger was given. The test result showed that the ranger has stable running and reliable performance, and measuring precision is 2 mm.
