Reform of Raw Coal Transportation System

  • In view of problems of raw coal transportation system of Zhangjiamao Mining Co., Ltd., the paper proposed a design scheme of improved raw coal transportation system. The scheme optimizes control logic based on existing equipments, namely, frequency converter of 101 fixed belt communicates with PLC through Profibus, operator station can real-timely know running information of frequency converter of 101 fixed belt through industrial Ethernet; frequency converter of main belt communicates with PLC by DeviceNet; CST system of belt of 5-2 coal roadway is connected with nearby industrial Ethernet; protection controllers of main belt, 101 fixed belt and belt of 5-2 coal roadway are added with corresponding protocol conversion modules so as to realize communication of all protection controllers and equipments. The actual application showed that the reformed system runs stably and reliably, which solves problems existed in original system.
