Design Requirements of Mine-used Wireless Methane Sensor

  • The paper analyzed performance requirements of mine-used methane sensor about stability of displayed value, response time and error limit at present, pointed out battery and communication signal of mine-used wireless methane sensor should accord with certain design requirements besides performance requirements of mine-used methane sensor, namely, timed wakening and receiving way should be used, duty cycle should be decreased and wireless transceiving rate should be improved to decrease power consumption, and mine-used wireless methane sensor should be designed as small-sized intrinsically safe device. It introduced common problems in designing mine-used wireless methane sensor and corresponding countermeasures. Finally, it put forward design requirements to insure measuring performance and safety performance of mine-used wireless methane sensor in terms of adaption of Internet of things of sensor mine, wireless communication, backup power supply, antenna, remote control function and so on.
