Design of Wireless Remote Monitoring and Early-warning System of Coalfield Fire

Abstract:
In view of problems that forecast range is small, work load of installation and maintenance is large, and real-time monitoring and early-warning cannot be provided existed in traditional temperature monitoring systems of coalfield fire area with manual detection way, a wireless remote monitoring and early-warning system of coalfield fire based on technologies of ZigBee, GPRS and Internet. Through wireless temperature measuring terminal and gateway which are set at each monitored point, the system sends collected temperature signal to GPRS network, and the signal is accessed into Internet network through SGSN and GGSN. Then server of upper computer monitoring center of the system connects with Internet network and displays the monitoring interface by web page, so as to realize function of remote monitoring and early-warning for coalfield fire area. The field test result showed that the system solves problem of remote and real-time monitoring and early-warning for coalfield fire and has certain practicality.
Design of Marking Card Uniqueness Detection Device in Mine Personnel Location System

Abstract:
In view of problem of single detection method and low accuracy for behaviors of no card, multi-card and substitute card of out-in personnel in mine personnel location system, a marking card uniqueness detection device based on face recognition technology was designed. When the personnel pass by the device, security inspection door scans face feature information of personnel automatically and sends the information to detection host. If finding the person carries multi-card, the detection host immediately downloads command to make sound and light alarm, otherwise the detection host makes quick face recognition comparison. The actual application showed that the device can quickly judge behaviors of no card, multi-card and substitute card of out-in personnel and has higher stability and recognition rate.
Design of Collection Module of Underground Personnel Information Based on CC2530

Abstract:
A collection module of underground personnel information based on CC2530 was designed. The module takes CC2530 as core and is carried by underground personnel, and can send environment temperature, gas concentration collected by various sensors and coding information of personnel to wireless receiver installed in roadway and then to surface monitoring computer, which can make surface manager know position, numbers and environment state of underground personnel real-timely; when it happens danger, the module can receive alarming information and emergency measures sent by surface monitoring computer and send out corresponding sound and light alarm to suggest underground personnel. The experiment result showed that the module can realize collection and transmission of position, motion state and environment parameters of underground personnel.
Design of Information Collection Module of Sensor of Continuous Miner with Digging and Anchor Based on ARM

Abstract:
In view of characteristics of more sensors and various output signal forms of continuous miner with digging and anchor, a information collection module of sensor of continuous miner with digging and anchor taking ARM processor as control core was designed. Design of signal processing circuit, AD conversion circuit, signal isolation circuit and communication interface circuit in hardware circuits of the module were introduced, and main program flow of the module was given. The actual application showed that the module runs stably and reliably, which realizes functions of real-time collection and uploading of data of each sensor of continuous miner with digging and anchor.
Design of Data Collector with Multiple Environment Parameters of Mine-used Lifesaving Cabi

Abstract:
In view of problem that traditional sensors can only collect one or two environment parameters and cannot be suitable to mine-used lifesaving cabin, a data collector with multiple environment parameters of mined-used lifesaving cabin was designed. Structure of main-board + transmitter of the collector was given and hardware and software design of the main-board were introduced in details. The test result showed that the collector has advantages of small measurement errors, fast response time and flexible and convenient in use.
Design of a Mine-used Flameproof and Intrinsic Safety Pilot Circuit

Abstract:
In view of problems of self-starting, incomplete intrinsic safety and bad anti-interference ability of traditional mine-used pilot circuit with intelligent control, a new flameproof and intrinsic safety pilot circuit was designed. Concrete implementation of signal generating circuit, signal collection circuit, signal identification circuit and executive circuit of the circuit were introduced in details. The circuit does not use traditional control method taking processor as core, but uses electronic devices to realize pilot control and fault protection function, so it has stronger self-adaptation and good anti-interference ability. The test result validated feasibility of the circuit.
Design of Medium Density Control System in Dense-medium Separation Based on Fuzzy Control

Abstract:
In view of problem of bad control effect because of manual control for medium density control in dense-medium separation in one coal preparation plant, medium density control system based on fuzzy control was designed. The system adds a new PLC and monitoring software to original system. The new PLC reads field data from PLC of the original system and uses fuzzy control algorithm to input control parameters into PLC of original system, so as to control outlet density of qualified medium bucket effectively. The actual application showed that the system has good control effect and simple control method.
Design of Polarizing Control System of Industrial Circulating Water Based on ARM

Abstract:
In view of problems of water wasting and environment pollution existed in industrial circulating water system, a polarizing control system of industrial circulating water based on ARM was designed. The system uses polarizing energy detection circuit to real-timely detect water quality parameters of circulating water, then the parameters are processed by STM32F103 to get PWM polarizing energy control signal which is integrated, isolated and amplified by polarizing energy output circuit to drive polarizing body, so as to produce polariaing field to act on circulating water. The actual application showed that the system can control circulating water system running at high concentration rate, which replaces dosing treatment process of circulating water system and reaches goals of reducing water consumption and preventing water pollution.
A Measuring Method for Induced and Conducted Interference in Industrial Environment

Abstract:
In view of problem that interference meter or spectrum analyzer can only measure radiated interference intensity of interference source in industrial environment, the paper proposed a measuring method for induced and conducted interference in industrial environment. The method uses HBYV non-twisted-pair 2-core cable as interference acceptor and uses digital oscilloscope to record the maximum amplitude of interference waveform and the maximum intensity of the single pulse, which are compared with interference signal of HBYV non-twisted-pair 2-core cable induced by a standard interference generator to determine interference intensity. Implementation of the method was introduced in details by examples of measurement of transient pulse train interference intensity and surge interference intensity.

Abstract:
In view of problem that disaster early-warning rescue system and environment prediction system have limitations because of independent running of the both, the paper proposed a design scheme of integrated system of disaster early-warning rescue and environment prediction of mine. It gave design idea and framework of the system and expounded design principle of four interdependent subsystems of data collection, disaster early-warning, rescue and command and environment prediction, and introduced structure and design principle of man-machine interface of the system. The research of the system has significance for underground rescue work.

Abstract:
In view of problem that performance of power supply of portable electronic equipments influences stable running of the equipments, the paper discussed design points of power supply of portable electronic equipments. It introduced selection of battery type and indicated that selecting lithium battery as backup battery is ideal; it analyzed protection modes of safety barrier of power supply and indicated that protection modes of safety barrier with current limitation and cut-off can improve anti-interference ability of power supply effectively; in view of problem of ringing in Boost circuit, it gave solutions of optimizing key loop of Boost converter which can reduce power ripple effectively.
Development of Coal Mine Emergency Rescue System Based on Wireless Mesh Network

Abstract:
The paper pointed out that chain network topology is suitable for underground wireless Mesh network and electromagnetic wave attenuation analysis and node space design should be considered combining with concrete roadway environment according to characteristics of underground roadway. It proposed a method combining reactive routing protocol and proactive routing protocol with MIC criterion for that current routing protocol cannot meet with requirements of chain network topology of underground wireless Mesh network. It gave general structure and characteristics of coal mine emergency rescue system based on wireless Mesh network on the above basis. The experiment result showed that applying wireless Mesh network in coal mine emergency rescue system can improve safety, reliability and feasibility of rescue work.
Research of Adaptation Layer of Mine WSN Based on 6LoWPA

Abstract:
In view of problem that it need make protocol conversion for adaptation between IEEE802.15.4 and IPv6 when interconnecting mine WSN with 6LoWPAN technology and Internet, the paper proposed a design scheme of IPv4/IPv6 adaptation layer. The scheme uses design idea of division and integration: firstly making design for IPv4 adaptation layer and IPv6 adaptation layer separately, then integrating IPv4 adaptation layer and IPv6 adaptation layer through analyzing the two designs to make IPv4 adaptation layer and IPv6 adaptation layer become optional IPv4/IPv6 adaptation layer. The paper also introduced application implementation of the scheme in gateway of mine personnel location system. The next research emphasis is to find corresponding hardware to support the scheme applied in practice.
Research of Routing Mechanism of Mine WS

Abstract:
In view of problem of undistributed energy consumption of nodes of WSN caused by narrow and long mine roadway, the paper proposed a new routing mechanism of mine WSN, namely LBUC-M protocol: constructing a new threshold formula to elect candidate cluster-head in certain cycle and determining final cluster-head by non-uniform radius to realize less clusters far away from sink node and more nodes in these clusters, and vise versa, more clusters near sink node and less nodes in these clusters, so as to reduce burden of data transmission of cluster-head nodes near sink node and get goal of load balancing. The simulation result showed that LBUC-M protocol effectively reduces energy consumption of nodes and prolongs life cycle of WSN.
Research of Fuzzy Recognition System of Working State of Hydraulic Support

Abstract:
In view of problem that current pressure monitoring system of hydraulic support of fully mechanized coal face can only monitor pressure of fully mechanized coal face and cannot recognize working state of hydraulic support, a fuzzy recognition system of working state of hydraulic support was designed. The system makes fuzzy recognition for pressure data monitored by existed pressure monitoring system of hydraulic support of fully mechanized coal face to judge five working states of hydraulic support, namely reducing support, advancing support, lifting support, increasing resistance and pressure relief keeping according to output of fuzzy recognition. When hydraulic support is in working state of increasing resistance and time of increasing resistance is too long, the system can real-timely notify operator to increase pressure of hydraulic support and assist to realize top coal breaking. The test result validated feasibility of the system.
A Method of Speed-sensorless Control of Induction Motor Based on MRAS

Abstract:
In view of problem that traditional speed identification algorithm of induction motor only indentifies motor speed but does not consider influence of change of stator resistance on identification of motor speed, the paper proposed an improved method of speed-sensorless control of induction motor based on MARS. The method respectively uses output of voltage model and current model as expected value and estimating value of rotor flux and stator resistance, then according to MARS theory, it takes voltage model as reference model and current model as self-adaptive and adjustable model to indentify motor speed and stator resistance. The simulation result showed that the method can indentify motor speed and stator resistance simultaneously, which eliminates influence of change of stator resistance on identification of motor speed and improves low-speed identification performance of induction motor control system.
A New Method of Applying Waveform Record of Starting Load to Analyze Protection Polarity

Abstract:
In view of problem that correctness of protection polarity cannot be determined since new power plant cannot provide enough load to general test instrument, the paper proposed a new method of applying waveform record of starting load to analyze protection polarity. The method uses time relation of waveform record to deduce angle relation of electric variables, namely converting time difference calibrated by waveform record of peak of voltage and current to phase angle, so as to judge correctness of protection polarity. The test result showed that the method is simple and practical.
Detection Method of Starting and Ending Time of Coal Mine Grid Disturbance Based on HHT

Abstract:
In view of problems of complicated disturbance of power quality of coal mine grid and selection of wavelet base when using wavelet analysis technology to solve transient process of disturbance, the paper proposed a detection method of starting and ending time of disturbance based on HHT. The method takes voltage sag as example, firstly uses EMD algorithm to decompose the voltage sag signal to obtain IMF1 component, IMF2 component, IMF3 component and surplus component R under noise environment of 30 dB and 40 dB; then makes Hilbert transform for signals including high-frequency part namely original signal, IMF1 component and IMF2 component and gains a conclusion that starting and ending time of disturbance can be detected by position of catastrophe point on instantaneous amplitude curve; finally selects instantaneous amplitude of IMF1 component with the minimum error to detect starting and ending time of disturbance through comparing detection values of starting and ending time of disturbance of original signal, IMF1 component and IMF2 component. The experiment result showed that the method has high precision and strong anti-noise ability.
Research of Zero Sequence Current of Parallel System of PWM Rectifier

Abstract:
Taking two-level parallel system of PWM rectifier as example, the paper analyzed cause of zero sequence circulation in parallel module: the circulation is generated by difference of duty cycle of zero sequence current of two modules; generation of the circulation has no correlation with size and type of load. It introduced implementation of control strategy of zero sequence current of parallel system of PWM rectifier based on k control and made simulation verification for the control strategy. The simulation result showed that k control can inhabit zero sequence current of parallel system of PWM rectifier but has no perfect inhabiting effect.

Abstract:
In view of problem that nonlinear and impact load inject plenty of reactive power and harmonic wave into coal mine power grid, the paper researched chain circuit STATCOM based on CPS-SPWM modulation. It introduced main circuit structure of chain circuit STATCOM; for two modulations of unipolar CPS-SPWM and bipolar CPS-SPWM in chain circuit STATCOM, it used Matlab to analyze differences between unipolar CPS-SPWM modulation and bipolar CPS-SPWM modulation based on H-bridge basic module and cascade H-bridge, the simulation result showed that waveform quality of unipolar CPS-SPWM modulation is superior to one of bipolar CPS-SPWM modulation, so chain circuit STATCOM should select unipolar CPS-SPWM modulation; it used Matlab/Simulink platform to make simulation for chain circuit STATCOM based on unipolar CPS-SPWM modulation under different modulation ratios, the simulation result showed that the chain circuit STATCOM has characteristics of good output waveform, low harmonics and strong expandability.
Research of Grid-connected Photovoltaic Inverter System Based on Grid Voltage Orientatio

Abstract:
In view of problems of complex control and multi-harmonic of traditional inverter control strategy of grid-connected photovoltaic system, the paper proposed a direct current control method of grid-connected photovoltaic inverter system based on grid voltage orientation and gave design of hardware and software of three-phase grid-connected photovoltaic inverter system taking TMS320F2812 as main controller. The direct current control method uses zero cross detection circuit to measure zero cross time of grid voltage to gain rotation angle of grid voltage at zero cross time, so as to get amplitude and phase of output voltage of inverter, and uses SVPWM to control on-off of IPM to make inverter output voltage with above amplitude and phase, so as to realize grid-connected generation function with unity power factor. The experiment result showed that the direct current control method is simple, output current of inverter keeps same frequency and phase with grid voltage, and grid-connected power factor is close to 1.
Design of Intelligent Temperature Control System of Limekil

Abstract:
The paper proposed a design scheme of intelligent temperature control system of combustion chamber of limekiln. The system takes temperature of lower combustion chamber as control objective and gas flow as adjusting object, uses fuzzy neural network to dynamically adjust setting value of gas flow, uses particle swarm optimization algorithm to achieve optimization of parameters of the fuzzy neural network, and uses inverse control system of the least squares support vector machine to track and control gas flow, and it achieves precise control of temperature of the combustion chamber of limekiln. The simulation result showed that the system has fast response, good stability, strong anti-interference ability and robustness.

In view of problems of bad anti-interference ability, unstable communication and uneasy to locate for locomotive existed in mine locomotive transport monitoring system, the paper introduced design of a railway transport monitoring system based on industrial Ethernet. It introduced general structure and main functions and characteristics of the system in details and gave solutions of statistics of passed axis. The actual application showed that the system meets with design requirements with strong anti-interference ability and accurate location for locomotive.
Design of Patrolling System for Equipments of Coal Preparation Plant

Abstract:
In view of problems of missed check, no special instrument and complex data processing, the paper proposed a design scheme of patrolling system for equipments of coal preparation plant. Installing corresponding proximity cards at patrolling lines and equipments, patrolling personnel carries patrolling instrument to read the card of each point and records the card number and time of the point, and finishes prescriptive works of patrolling and data collection, then makes patrolling task of the next point. After finishing patrolling work, patrolling personnel uploads data of patrolling instrument to monitoring computer which processes the data by integrated management software of patrolling data, so as to reach goal of recording and checking for patrolling situation. The actual application showed that the system has stable running and practical functions.

Abstract:
A double-layer PLC monitoring and control system based on GSM and configuration was designed. The system uses GSM wireless module to connect computer, PLC and intelligent mobile phone and combines with exsited PLC monitoring and control system. It not only realizes field control for equipments, but also realizes remote monitoring for equipments by mobile phone. The experiment result validated effectiveness of the system.

Abstract:
A disk brake monitoring system of mine hoist to real-timely monitor three parameters of brake clearance, braking force and idle motion time was designed based on the three parameters can reflect braking performance of disk brake of mine hoist. The system uses two micro-processers, one is used to measure brake clearance and finish functions transform, the other is used to measure idle motion time and braking force. And it uses fault diagnosis technology based on expert system to judge abnormal states of disk brake running. The actual application showed that the system has high measuring precision, good real-time performance and high reliability.

Abstract:
In view of problems of complex design in hardware and big measuring error in software respectively existed in frequency measuring methods with hardware and software, the paper proposed a power frequency measuring method based on linear interpolation. Firstly, the method finds two nearest sampling points to the first zero-crossing point in half-wave and uses linear interpolation to calculate T1 between the zero-crossing point and the later sampling point. Then it finds two nearest sampling points to the next zero-crossing point in half-wave and uses linear interpolation to calculate T3 between the zero-crossing point and the former sampling point. And then it calculates T2 between the first sampling point and the latest one. At last, it calculates power frequency f by adding T1, T2 and T3. The test result showed that measuring error of the method is ±0.05 Hz with simple calculation process.
Design of Digital Temperature and Humidity Instrument Based on AT89C51

Abstract:
In view of problem that mechanical and non-digital temperature and humidity instruments cannot upload data, a digital temperature and humidity instrument taking single-chip microcomputer AT89C51 as control core was designed. Hardware and software design of the instrument were introduced in details and programming implementation of three operation functions of SHT11 were given, namely reset sequency function, writing byte sequency function and reading byte sequence function. The test result showed that the instrument has high reliability and low cost.

Abstract:
In view of problem of inconvenient routing in field of wire monitoring system of vibration signal of rolling bearing, a wireless collection system of vibration signal of rolling bearing was designed. The system uses acceleration sensor MMA7260 to collect acceleration signals of X, Y, Z axis of vibration signal of rolling bearing, and uses radio frequency transceiver chip nRF9E5 to transmit the signal to PC for analysis and processing, which realizes functions of collection and wireless transceiver with short distance for vibration signal of rolling bearing. The experiment result validated effectiveness of the system.
