A Measuring Method for Induced and Conducted Interference in Industrial Environment

  • In view of problem that interference meter or spectrum analyzer can only measure radiated interference intensity of interference source in industrial environment, the paper proposed a measuring method for induced and conducted interference in industrial environment. The method uses HBYV non-twisted-pair 2-core cable as interference acceptor and uses digital oscilloscope to record the maximum amplitude of interference waveform and the maximum intensity of the single pulse, which are compared with interference signal of HBYV non-twisted-pair 2-core cable induced by a standard interference generator to determine interference intensity. Implementation of the method was introduced in details by examples of measurement of transient pulse train interference intensity and surge interference intensity.
