Design of Coal Mine Safety Patrolling System Based on RFID Handhold Terminal

Abstract:
In view of problem existed in traditional coal mine safety patrolling method which uses artificial patrolling mode, the paper proposed a design scheme of coal mine safety patrolling system based on RFID handhold terminal. In the scheme, patrolling personnel uses handhold terminal to read his identification card in order to login safety management server to download patrolling tasks and hidden danger database. Then the patrolling personnel reads address identification card at patrolling sites in underground according with the downloaded tasks, detects gas concentration and hidden dangers and makes relative records. When patrolling is finished, the patrolling personnel uploads patrolled data to safety management server. Safety manager statistics and summaries uploaded data, so as to find hidden dangers timely and judges behind schedule according to recorded time. The actual application showed that the system can promote standardization and informatization of coal mine safety patrolling work and can improve safety management level of coal enterprise.

Abstract:
The paper analyzed existed problems of current management system of hidden danger of coal mine and proposed a solution of quantization management informatization of hidden danger of coal mine. The scheme integrates closure processing, hidden danger analysis, connection between hidden danger and accident together organically, and uses hidden danger collector to complete closure management process of hidden danger of coal mine. The actual application showed that the scheme shortens processing time of hidden danger and improves processing quality of hidden danger, which reduces incidence of various accidents effectively.

Abstract:
A short message platform with B/S framework, functions of Web access and management was designed according to requirements of customer relationship management system of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group, and hardware structure which took GSM short message module as core and software system composed by user expression layer, business logic layer, data processing layer and network accessing layer of the short message platform were given. Application functions of the short message platform and implementation of key technologies of short message interface, PDU coding, AT command control and database were introduced too. The actual application showed that the short message platform runs well in customer relationship management system of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group and performances of real-time and accuracy of short message meet the requirements, which promotes operation efficiency of customer relationship management system.

Abstract:
Current mine-used CDMA wireless communication systems go against large-scale application because of higher overall cost, and it is difficult to realize seamless coverage of whole mine for wireless signal of the systems because of complex underground roadway. To solve the problems, the paper proposed a design scheme of new type of mine-used CDMA wireless communication system which taking FEMTO base station as underground coverage device and taking underground industry Ethernet as main transmission channel. It gave overall structure of the system and introduced composition and main technical parameters of FEMTO base station in details. The test result showed that the system has characteristics of wide coverage of wireless signal and good communication effect.

Abstract:
In order to improve stability of environment monitoring system and save system's resource, the paper proposed a design scheme of environment monitoring system composed by lower computer, transmission network and upper computer. It introduced design of hardware and software of the lower computer in the system in details. The hardware of the lower computer takes ARM9 processor S3C2410 as core, its software uses multi-thread application program to process multi-task at the same time and uses semaphore and mutex to realize synchronization among threads. The actual application showed that the system runs stably and improves system efficiency.
Design of 3D Simulation Platform of Concrete Spraying Robot Based on MFC and OpenGL

Abstract:
Taking PJR-2X concrete spraying robot as example, the paper introduced a design method of human-machine interactive 3D simulation platform based on MFC of VC++ and OpenGL. The method uses Solidworks software to build model of the robot, storages 3D model as .STL file which is introduced into 3DSMax to establish texture coordinates, and output 3DS file is introduced into Deep Exploration to make secondary processing of material and texture of 3D model. Finally, the file is introduced into working scene which is built by OpenGL to make scene rending through MFC, so as to get lively 3D virtual simulation platform of the robot. The actual application showed that the simulation platform can express characteristics of observe and inverse motion of the robot accurately and can make demonstration.

Abstract:
Current safety monitoring and control systems of coal mine have many kinds and have no unified transmission protocol, format and contents, as well as interface, standard and protocol used in safety monitoring and control systems produced by different manufacturers, so it is difficult to realize data sharing, information integration for safety monitoring and control system and remote monitoring and networking for coal mine safety. To solve the problems, the paper proposed a design scheme of standard of data interface of safety monitoring and control system of coal mine. It analyzed purpose and principle of developing the standard and introduced structure and functions of three parts of the standard in details, namely information classification and cording, data file with text format and data file with XML format. Application of the standard can unifies contents and format of data exchanging in safety monitoring and control system of coal mine, so as to realize data sharing and data exchanging in management departments of coal mine.

Abstract:
Because change of mine gas concentration is influenced by various factors, so prediction of mine gas emission ca't get some variables. To solve the problem, the paper proposed a prediction method of mine gas emission based on time series. It introduced implementation of using AR model of time series to predict mine gas emission in details. The experiment result showed that error rate of prediction for mine gas emission with the method was 4.3% and the prediction is reliable.

Abstract:
In order to predict development status of future safety situation of China's coal industry, a prediction model of simple linear regression for annual death numbers and annual coal production in China's coal industry was established, and the model was used to predict annual death numbers and annual coal production of China's coal industry in three years. The prediction result showed that the model has certain feasibility, which can provide reliable theoretical basis for predicting safety situation of China's coal industry.

Abstract:
In order to solve problem of temporary loss for tracked moving object when pan-tilt camera rotated, the paper proposed a design scheme of moving object tracking system based on background subtraction algorithm and CAMShift algorithm. The system uses improved background subtraction algorithm to detect moving object when pan-tilt camera is stationary and uses CAMShift algorithm to track moving object when pan-tilt camera is turning, and tracks path of moving object through center coordinates. The simulation result showed that the system can meet with requirements of real-time and stability in certain degree.
Research of Application of Model-free Adaptive Control Strategy in DVR

Abstract:
In view of problems that traditional feed forward control method of DVR has steady-state error and is insensitive to disturbance of power grid, the paper proposed a design scheme of DVR system based on model-free adaptive control strategy. The scheme needs not build mathematic model of DVR system, it only accords to instantaneous voltage of load and input voltage of controlled system to extract effective data which are processed by model-free adaptive controller, then the processed data controls inverter to produce compensation voltage which is superimposed in power grid after harmonic wave is filtered by LC filter, so as to ensure reliability of voltage of load side. The simulation result proved correctness and feasibility of the scheme.
Research of Application of Fuzzy PID Control Strategy in DVR

Abstract:
In view of deficiency that DVR uses feed forward control method and PID control method to process voltage sag problem, the paper proposed a fuzzy PID control strategy. Implementing principle of the control strategy is as follows: when detection system of power grid voltage detects voltage of power supply appears sag, DVR is put into power grid; a standard sine signal is generated by standard signal model which is synchronous with power grid voltage, and the signal is compared with actual power grid voltage; then a compensated voltage set signal is obtained after fuzzy PID controller regulates the signal, and a PWM signal needed by inverter is produced by control link, which controls on-off of power switch of inverter through driving circuit; the filtered output voltage of inverter is injected into power grid through series transformer to counteract fluctuation of power grid voltage. The simulation result proved effectiveness of the control strategy.

Abstract:
The paper selected 110 kV transmission line of mine area for simulation research object and used ATP-EMTP electromagnetic transient analysis software to establish mathematical model of transmission line struck by lightning. It made simulation analysis for influence of lightning process by changing grounded resistance value of tower and installing or not installing lightning arrester. The simulation result showed that when lightning strikes top of tower, the grounded resistance value of tower is bigger, the lightning withstand level of transmission line is lower; installing lightning arrester in transmission line can reduce overvoltage effectively.
An Optimized Harmonic Current Detection Method Based on ip-iq Method

Abstract:
Principles of traditional ip-iq method using low-pass filter and improved ip-iq method using current average filter were analyzed, and simulation experiment were made. The simulation result showed that independently using the traditional ip-iq method to filter exists bigger ripper in output waveform of current, and independently using current average method to filter can improve dynamic response speed, but its detection result is easy to be influenced by change of fundamental current. In order to solve the problems, an optimized ip-iq method which combining low-pass filter and current average filter was proposed, and simulation experiment was made. The simulation result showed that the optimized ip-iq method not only has better detection precision but also has satisfied dynamic response speed.
An Optimized Method for Semi-supervised Support Vector Machines

Abstract:
In view of problem of non-convex optimization problem that semi-supervised support vector machines use margin maximization principle to classify labeled and unlabeled samples, a method EDA_S3VM was proposed which using estimation of distribution algorithm to optimize semi-supervised support vector machines. Labels of unlabeled samples are taken as optimized parameters to obtain a combinatorial optimization problem on standard support vector machines, which can be solved by estimation of distribution algorithm through learning and sampling of probability model. The experiment results of artificial and UCI datasets showed that EDA_S3VM has better classification accuracy than other methods of semi-supervised support vector machines.

Abstract:
The paper proposed a design scheme of full range speed-regulation system based on bivariate 6-pulse wave AC-AC converter. It analyzed control principle of bivariate 6-pulse wave AC-AC converter, introduced characteristics and design of main circuit and speed-regulation principle of the system. The results of simulation and loading test showed that the system can realize full range speed-regulation with high-efficiency.

Abstract:
In view of problems of bad effect of closed-loop control and poor communication function existed in traditional control instruments of electronic belt scale which uses single-chip microcomputer to realize aggregation operation and control, a design scheme of control instrument of electronic belt scale based on ARM was proposed, and design of hardware and software of the instrument were introduced in details. The instrument is composed of data collector and display controller based on ARM. The instrument uses separate type of structure, namely data collector is installed at site, display controller is installed at monitoring room, and the both communicate through RS485 interface. The experiment result showed that the measuring precision of the instrument is superior to 0.2% and the instrument has reasonable design.

Abstract:
In view of problem of low efficiency existed in traditional indirect vector control system of induction motor based on rotor flux linkage orientation under light load, the paper proposed a design scheme of introducing fuzzy energy-saving control method based on on-line searching into traditional control system of induction motor. The scheme uses indirect vector control method based on rotor flux linkage orientation in transient operation of motor, and uses fuzzy energy-saving control method based on on-line searching in stable operation of motor, which taking DC input power as control variable to make fuzzy optimization control, so as to make motor operate at maximum efficiency. The simulation result proved correctness and effectiveness of the scheme.
Research of Hybrid Spatial Index Technology in 3DGIS

Abstract:
In view of bad performance of single index technology in 3D space, advantages and disadvantages of octree and classic R-tree were analyzed. A hybrid index technology combining octree and R-tree was proposed which was named ORSI. Principle and structure description of ORSI were given and operation algorithm was introduced. The test results of operation performance of ORSI and classic R-tree indicated that the operation efficiency of ORSI is superior to classic R-tree.

Abstract:
In view of problem using file system to manage data existed in traditional EMS, the paper proposed a design scheme of CEMS database based on SQL Server CE. It gave hardward structure of CEMS, introduced application of embedded database SQL Server CE 2.0 in data management application program of CEMS under Windows CE 5.0 operating system platform in details. The result of simulation test showed that SQL Server CE 2.0 can provide effective and compact database solution for CEMS.

Abstract:
In view of problem that current underground explosion-proof computer has no monitoring function for electric quantity of battery, a design scheme of electric quantity of battery monitoring system of underground explosion-proof computer based on USB protocol was proposed. In the system, small single-chip microcomputer with AD conversion is used to collect and process electric quantity of battery, the collected data is transmitted to module of USB to serial port,then sampling value of electric quantity of battery can be got by upper computer through virtual serial port. The test result showed that the indexes of the system accord with working time of load, data transmission has higher reliability and relative error of AD conversion can meet with demands of collection of electric quantity of battery.

Abstract:
In view of problems existed in traditional laser coal stocktaking devices, a design scheme of laser coal stocktaking system based on embedded ARM and GPRS was proposed. In the system, embedded operation system μClinux and ARM7 series processor LPC2210 are taken as core of software and hardware, laser scanner is used to collect 3D information of surface of coal pile. The information are sent to GPRS module through serial port, then to server by Internet for further processing, volume and 3D graphics of the coal pile can be gotten at last. The testing result of experiment showed that the system has characteristics of convenient measurement and high precision.

Abstract:
In view of problem that each link of belt transmission in one coal mine of Guizhou province still uses manual monitoring mode and is difficult to realize integrated management for belt transmission, the paper proposed a design scheme of centralized control system of belt transmission based on iFIX. In the scheme, monitoring computer of surface dispatching center and underground PLC equipments both install iFIX configuration software as SCADA system nodes and are connected with industry TV of surface dispatching center; the monitoring computer and the underground PLC equipments are connected with industry Ethernet of mine communication center, so as to complete exchanging and real-time management function for belt transmission data on site. The actual application showed that the system realizes sharing and information interconnection of belt transmission data of coal mine underground and improves safety of underground production.

Abstract:
Taking two-leg shield hydraulic support as example, design of an automatic control system of hydraulic support based on S7-300 PLC was introduced. The system makes intelligent analysis with software of control system for data measured by sensors of pressure, shrinkage and angle which are installed on column, so as to realize start-stop of magnetic valves, which can make autonomous operation of hydraulic support. The actual application showed that the system realizes on-line monitoring and control real-timely for hydraulic support of coal mine underground.

Abstract:

In view of situation that a lot of coal mines use methods of checking or changing wire rope by stopping production periodically to ensure running safety of wire rope of hoist, a hoisting load monitoring device of mine was designed. The device uses weighing sensor to test tension value signal real-timely, the signal is transmitted to wireless signal receiving module that installed at wellhead by use of wireless electromagnetic mode after the signal is processed, then the signal is transmitted by the wireless signal receiving module to industrial computer which processes the data and outputs control signal. Meanwhile, the device can detect switching parameters of measure hopper in close and skip in position, so as to realize faults judgement of overload, pot-sticking and unbalance tension when combining the parameters with detected tension value and can make corresponding alarming. The actual application showed that the device can monitor faults of overload, pot-sticking and unbalance tension and ensures running safety of hoist system.

Abstract:
In order to realize remote monitoring and control for transmission process of belt conveyor, the paper proposed a design scheme of remote monitoring and control system of belt conveyor. The system sets a control substation at head of underground belt conveyor and sets intelligent devices along belt conveyor according to numbers of measured points and lengths of belt conveyor. The control substation communicates with intelligent devices through CAN bus and the both compose monitoring and control system of single belt conveyor; the control substation transmits monitored data to surface monitoring computer through RS485 bus and ModBus protocol, so as to realize function of remote monitoring and control. The actual application showed that the system has good operation effect and improves operation performance and automation level of belt conveyor.

In view of problem that each production automation system of coal enterprises has its own system, the paper proposed a design scheme of three-network convergence of control network, video network and audio network based on high-speed fiber network covering production automation system of whole mine. It introduced implementation of the scheme in Donghuantuo Coal Mine of Kailun Group in details, namely wiring method of underground ring network and surface ring network and access method of each production automation system. The actual application showed that the scheme realizes to build unified coal mine communication network with structure of double-ring, double-network and double-redundancy.

A design idea of new type of power supply system of central substation of coal mine was proposed on the basis of analyzing existing technology status of power supply system of central substation of coal mine. The power supply system is mainly used to solve problem of reliability of control power supply of distribution devices of central substation of coal mine. The actual application showed that the system can make high-vacuum electric distributor of central substation of coal mine operate accurately and reliably.

Abstract:
In view of problems of bad stability and anti-interference ability and low precision existed in measuring system of ventilator performance taking single-chip microcomputer as core, a distributed measuring system for ventilator performance was developed which takes PLC as core and uses mutual-inductance collecting module EDA9033A to collect electrical parameters of ventilator. Structure of the distributed measuring system of ventilator performance was gave, and design of hardware and software of EDA9033A was introduced in details. The actual application showed that collecting result of EDA9033A for electrical parameters of ventilator is stable, fast and accurate.

In order to ensure main ventilator run safely, reliably and economically, the paper proposed a design scheme of automatic monitoring and control system of mine main ventilator based on S7-300 PLC. It gave structure of the system and detailedlly introduced structure of hardware and software of PLC, implementation of detection for analog and using intelligent PID regulator XMA5000 to control negative pressure and flow of ventilator in the system. In view of problem of inaccurate level measurement of ore bin by use of common level measuring mode which is influenced by dust and dead angle of pile ore, the paper proposed a new type of level measurement scheme of ore bin. The scheme selects heavy hammer level meter to eliminate interference of dust and uses method of multi-point layout and calculating mean to eliminate interference of dead angle of pile ore. The actual application showed that the scheme eliminate influence of dust and dead angle of pile ore on level measurement and reduces labor intensity of person of ore bin.

In view of problems of low production efficiency and bad products quality existed in manual control used by silica production system of one company, the paper proposed a reform scheme of automatic control system of silica reactor based on S7-200 PLC. It analyzed technology process of silica production system and introduced design of hardware and software of the reformed automatic control system in details. The actual application showed that the reformed automatic control system realizes automatic control for flow of acid, alkali and water, automatic control for solution temperature and solution pH value, which improves products quality and production efficiency.

Abstract:
In view of problems of low protection level, bad anti-vibration ability and complex structure existed in control system of shearer based on PLC, the paper proposed a design scheme of control system of shearer based on EPEC controller. The system packs real-time data to PDO messages and transfers the messages to CAN bus by use of EPEC controller with CAN bus, then CAN232MB module and CAN485MB module transfer the messages to display and upper computer respectively, so as to realize real-time monitoring for running state of shearer. The actual application showed that the system improves anti-interference ability and reliability and reduces fault rate of control system of shearer.

The paper introduced characteristics of sensor mine Internet of things which mainly show in several aspects of integrated application of multiple systems, opening of sensor layer and application platform and being suitable for constructing logic subsystems.
