以起重机作为执行单元的无人仓储方案的研究

Research of a Scheme of Unmanned Storage of Taking Crane as Execution Unit

  • 摘要: 针对传统的仓储将起重机控制与仓储管理分开进行,存在效率低下的问题,以垃圾储存仓管理为例,提出了一种以起重机作为执行单元的无人仓储方案。该方案通过PLC采集不同位置处垃圾的高度、搬运时间、搅拌时间,由工控机处理数据,并根据生产工艺决定何处垃圾需要搬运、搅拌、投料等;工控机再将运动触发指令发送给PLC,由PLC控制起重机的运动。工艺性试验结果表明,该方案能够实现无人化仓储,大大提高了生产效率。

     

    Abstract: In view of problem of low efficiency existed in traditional storage which separates crane control and storage management, the paper proposed a scheme of unmanned storage which takes crane as execution unit based on an example of waste storage management. The scheme uses PLC to collect height, transport time and stirring time of waste at different locations and uses IPC to process data and determine where waste should be transported, stirred and charged, and then IPC sends action triggering instruction to PLC which controls motion of crane. The result of technical test showed that the scheme can realize unmanned storage and improve production efficiency greatly.
