Innovative design of remote monitoring supervision integrated platform of coal mine safety

Abstract:
In view of development and scheduling management needs of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group in recent years, original safety monitoring and remote networking system was innovatively designed by integrated use of data dictionary, cloud computing, networking and other technologies, a new type of remote monitoring supervision integrated platform of coal mine safety was built to achieve functions of real-time online monitoring of mine safety monitoring information, gas drainage data, and environmental monitoring data of coal washery, environmental parameters anomaly analysis, safety forecasting, daily operation and maintenance supervision and decision support analysis by group to coal mines in the group. The integrated platform can effectively solve centralized supervision problem caused by grass-roots units dispersed, too many layers of management and system heterogeneous, achieves enterprise system innovation, technological innovation and management innovation.

Abstract:
The paper described composition model and working principle of PLL frequency synthesizer, and proposed method of automatic channel selection achieved by MCU control combined with its application in intermediate frequency wireless communication system in mine. The application of PLL frequency synthesizer allows wireless terminal to switch quickly in different base stations, and has advantages of high frequency resolution, short frequency conversion time, continuous phase during signal conversion and so on.
Positioning algorithm for underground wireless sensor networks based on node mapping

Abstract:
In view of problem that unknown nodes out of the region of anchor nodes are not considered with current underground positioning algorithm, which leads to bigger positioning error, an improved weighted centroid positioning algorithm based on node mapping was proposed. The algorithm conducts node mapping process for unknown nodes out of the region of anchor nodes, gets multiple centroids of anchor nodes by improved weighted centroid positioning algorithm, and uses multiple centroids to position unknown nodes. The simulation results show that the improved algorithm can improve positioning accuracy of nodes.
Improvement design of condition monitoring device for three machines on mechanized mining face

Abstract:
For problems that existing condition monitoring device for three machines on mechanized mining face is bulky, difficult to install, inconvenience to maintain, and cannot online upgrade program, an intrinsic safety condition monitoring sub-station for three machines based on C8051F040 MCU was developed, and IAP technology was used to achieve online automatic upgrade of condition monitoring device for three machines. The volume of the improved sub-station is only 1/10 of original sub-station, and the improved sub-station can be connected with the existing master station and achieves online monitoring and fault diagnosis of three machines on mechanized mining face. The prototype test results show that the improved condition monitoring device for three machines on mechanized mining face runs reliably, monitors condition accurately and has ability to update programs online.
Design of intelligent charging management system for Li-ion battery miner's lamp

Abstract:
In view of problems that management of lead-acid battery miner's lamp controlled by labor is inefficient, lamp taking and returning need long time, charging status can not be monitored, and querying is not convenient, an intelligent charging management system for Li-ion battery miner's lamp based on STM32F107 was designed, and designs of hardware and software of intelligent charging interface were introduced. A dedicated Li-ion battery charging management chip BQ24272 with a wide range of DC input was used for intelligent charging interface to realize charging process management. Intelligent charging interface is adapted to charging racks of various types and achieves functions of lamp in position detection, charge control, charging information detection and update, fault alarm, real-time display and communication with PC.
Design of image tracking system for track transportation of coal mine inclined drifts

Abstract:
For problem that track transportation of coal mine inclined drifts has long transport distance, steep slope and many turnoffs, so winch driver cannot know conditions along the track timely, which leads to a big security risk, the paper put forward a design scheme of image tracking system for track transportation of coal mine inclined drifts based on automatic matrix switching. The system obtains tramcar position in the tunnel through shaft encoder, and uses PLC control matrix to achieve automatic image switching and displaying when the tramcar is detected at coverage area of a certain video camera. Field application results show that the system has high reliability and strong practicability.
A new generation of high-power cascade H-bridge rectifier for voltage balancing control

Abstract:
The paper discussed control strategy of cascade rectifier which was the first part of new generation of cascade non-frequency transformer. It simplified cascade rectifier model, and established a mathematical model based on single-phase rotating coordinate system. It put forward rapid balancing control strategy for DC side capacitor voltage, which decomposed switch states desired by synthesized waveform to each cascade unit. The simulation results show that the control strategy not only can make DC side capacitor voltage balance control of each cascade unit more precise, but also can control active and reactive power more effectively.
Dual-modality fuzzy control strategy of walking of unattended roadheader

Abstract:
In order to solve problem that walking trajectory of unattended roadheader deviated from center line of roadway, the motion model of roadheader was established based on analysis of excavation construction procedure, and the fuzzy control strategy of walking of unattended roadheader based on dual-modality structure was proposed to realize directional adjustment and forward control. Relationship between steering angle and driving wheel speed and establishment of fuzzy control model were mainly focused. The experiment results indicate that the control strategy can satisfy requirements of excavation construction procedure of roadheader.
Design of automatic control system for water purification plant in Shendong Mining Area

Abstract:
The paper analyzed requirements of automatic control system for water purification plant in Shendong Mining Area, constructed automatic control system involving host computer subsystem, PLC subsystem, instrument detection subsystem and electrical control subsystem. It particularly described hardware constitution, software design of host computer and PLC of the automatic control system. The practical application shows that the automatic control system achieves automatic control of all process stages of water treatment, ensures operating stability and reliability of water treatment system, and has characteristics of simple operation and high degree of automation.
Design of high dimensional data acquisition system of industrial field

Abstract:
For problem of high-speed data acquisition and transmission of high dimensional spectral data of industrial field, the paper proposed a design scheme of high dimensional data acquisition system. The system selects TMS320C6713B DSP chip as core processing chip and RTL8019AS as Ethernet controller, uses C language for programming to achieve functions of data preprocessing, front instrument control and communication with PC, and uses LabVIEW to design interactive interface, so as to achieve the function of high-dimensional spectral data acquisition. The field application result shows that the system solves problems of high-speed acquisition and transmission of dimensional data effectively.
Analysis of networking process of sensor network based on CANope

Abstract:
Core concepts and network topology of CANopen protocol were introduced. Intelligent sensor networks based on CANopen protocol was set up taking CANopen control module of mining equipment electrical control system as master station and smart sensor modules as slave stations. CANopen networking process and problems during the process were described in details, and finally key issues need to be considered in CANopen networking was illustrated.

The paper analyzed whole process of signal acquisition, transmission, decoding, store, display and application of networked high-definition video monitoring system of Zhundong No.2 mine from perspective of full high-definition, and focused on network resource usage of high-definition video streaming and its control method. The high-definition video monitoring system lays foundation for intuitive dispatching of production, auxiliary of mine integrated automation system, and ensuring of production safety.
Analysis of influencing factors on reactive compensation for active power filter

Abstract:
The paper studied influence of DC bus voltage and line reactors on reactive compensation effect of active power filter based on analysis of its topology, and proposed improved selection strategy of reactor based on average voltage. The experimental results show that grid current distortion is small, and system dynamic performance is good under the condition of DC bus voltage of 720 V and APF side reactor of 1.5 mH.

Abstract:
In view of problems that current underground positioning system is sensitive to environmental change and has low positioning accuracy, the paper introduced an underground positioning algorithm based on DOA and TDOA. The algorithm takes advantages of high accuracy of TDOA and high angular resolution of DOA, uses weighted average of respective direction angle of DOA and TDOA as signal angle, and combined with radius got by TDOA algorithm to calculate coordinates of mobile terminal. The simulation results show that the algorithm can achieve stable performance and high positioning accuracy in complex environment.
Research of pressure distribution model of coal slurry pipeline

Abstract:
In view of nonlinear characteristic of pressure distribution of high viscous materials like coal slurry in slurry pipeline, the paper put forward a kind of modeling method based on BP neural network optimized by quantum genetic algorithm after analysis of relationship of pipeline pressure and main influence factors based on experimental data. The method optimizes weights and thresholds of BP neural network by quantum genetic algorithm, and uses the optimized BP neural network to approximate nonlinear characteristics of the pipeline pressure of coal slurry, then gets mathematical model. The simulation results show that the pressure distribution model of coal slurry pipeline based on optimized BP neural network has good stability, its error is 0.063 2, which can satisfy engineering requirement, and it is better than the model based on BP neural network in optimization time and accuracy.
Study of electromagnetic interference suppression method for switched reluctance motor

Abstract:
The paper took speed regulation system of switched reluctance motor with 8/6 structure as object of study, analyzed influence of state of switched reluctance motor on H-bridge chopper switch under condition that rotate speed is closed loop, and gave calculation method of voltage power spectrum of chopper switch in two kinds of chaotic state. It proved effectiveness of suppression of electromagnetic interference by chaos with nonlinear simulation model of switched reluctance motor and method of getting probability density distribution by eigenvalue, and calculated voltage power spectrum of chopper switch under two conditions by composite Simpson formula. The simulation and experimental results approximately agree with theory analysis results, confirm that chaos has great potentiality in improving electromagnetic compatibility of power transmission system.
The optimal current distribution method for field-weakening control of induction motor

Abstract:
For the optimal control problem of induction motor in field-weakening control, the paper introduced the optimal current distribution method of induction motor in field-weakening region. The result of Matlab/Simulink simulation verifies the optimal current distribution method has better effect of field-weakening control than traditional 1/ωr field-weakening method. The field-weakening control of the optimal current distribution method is realized under experiment platform based on TMS320LF2407A, which proves field-weakening control effect of the method is better than the traditional field-weakening method.
Research of structure and control strategy of 6 kV chain STATCOM

Abstract:
The paper proposed a design scheme of 6 kV chain static synchronous compensator. The compensator uses H-bridge cascade main circuit structure and carrier phase shifted sinusoidal pulse-width modulation, the AC side uses feed forward decoupling control and harmonic divide control strategy for high-power STATCOM. The compensator uses three-level balance control idea to solve problem of BUS capacitive voltage imbalance at DC side. The simulation results demonstrate superiority of the structure of STATCOM and feasibility of the control strategy.
Control strategy of fractional order calculus for shunt active power filter

Abstract:
In view of problem that conventional PID controller is difficult to obtain satisfactory control effect due to sampling frequency and other factors, a control strategy of fractional order calculus for shunt active power filter using improved Oustaloup algorithm for solving fractional calculus was studied. The Matlab simulation results show that the control strategy can better stabilize DC side voltage to set point, and can get smoother grid current which is closer to sine wave than conventional PID control strategy. Impact current at the compensation instant is small, and tracking and compensation current can track command current effectively.
Research of DC PWM speed-regulation system based on single neuron PID

Abstract:
In view of problem that conventional DC speed-regulation system has poor speed-regulation performance because of fixed parameters of PID controller, a design method of double closed loops DC PWM speed-regulation system based on single neuron PID was proposed. The conventional PI speed regulator was replaced by single neuron PID controller, and its algorithm program was written by S-function in Matlab software. The Matlab simulation results show that double closed loops DC PWM speed-regulation system based on single neuron PID has fast response and strong anti-interference ability, and its speed-regulation performance has been improved.

Abstract:
The paper analyzed research status of digital mine with background of ongoing demonstration digital mine construction and completed digital mine planning and research of Shenhua Group, and pointed out that the digital mine was a typical multi-level network system, but research of security was lacking. It summarized seven aspects of particularity of the digital mine security issues including vulnerable, existing a large number of hierarchical heterogeneous complex system and so on. It presented a multi-level real-time security framework for digital mine, which uses a combination of isolation and monitoring mechanisms, and it provides a new guideline to solve the problems of digital mine security.
Underground power monitoring and management system based on GIS

Abstract:
In accordance with requirements of unified space-time model of mine Internet of Things, underground power monitoring and management system based on GIS was developed. The system sets up internal structure model and interconnected geographic topology model of devices of distribution points and power subsystems, translates CAD drawings of underground power system into GIS topology diagrams, and combines graphics software with database to describe and manage parameter attributes and geometric topological relations of various power equipments. The system uses multi-world spatial associated expression and realizes a map management of underground distribution grid and its assets.

Abstract:
For difficulty of monitoring status of energy consumption of crane by use of wired transmission technology, a design scheme of monitoring node of energy consumption based on wireless sensor networks was proposed. The node uses CC2430 chip based on ZigBee technology as master chip, and achieves real-time acquisition and wireless transmission of energy consumption data of crane, which has advantages of low power consumption, low cost, strong anti-interference ability and adaptive capacity.

Abstract:
In view of problem that early warning of coal mine safety production has many evaluation indexes which affected by many factors, an early warning system for coal mine safety production based on fuzzy-analytical hierarchy process was constructed. The system combines analytical hierarchy process with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, uses analytical hierarchy process to determine the evaluation index weights, uses fuzzy evaluation matrix for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and finally uses the evaluation index weights and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result to make synthesis of computing, so as to determine mine safety level and warning result. The practical application result demonstrates feasibility and effectiveness of the system.

Abstract:
In view of complicated cable splicing problem existed in signal transmission of underground moving occasions, a mine-used interface box for integrated information for moving occasions was designed. The interface box adopts DSL technology, and uses Ethernet standard interface as an intermediate conversion interface to achieve functions of centralized access and integrated transmission of various signals, which has advantages of convenient cable splicing, good overall mobility and wide bandwidth.
Design of remote monitoring and intelligent fault diagnosis system for hoist group

Abstract:
In view of problems that existing hoist monitoring system is limited to on-site monitoring, part of the faults are difficult to detect and deal timely, a design scheme of remote monitoring and intelligent fault diagnosis system for hoist group based on Internet of Things was proposed. The system uses distributed real-time middleware technology for data transmission of operating system to achieve interactive communication between distributed interprocesses under asynchronous network environment, so as to realize networked monitoring for mine hoist group. It establishes architecture of interactive intelligent fault diagnosis for networked mine hoist to achieve interactive inference for hoist fault diagnosis, optimizes hoist fault diagnosis methods, and improves efficiency of fault diagnosis.
Design of new time-delay protection circuit for voltage-loss of high-voltage flameproof switch

Abstract:
The paper proposed a design scheme of time-delay protection circuit for voltage-loss on the basis of analysis of large-scale power failure phenomenon of power supply and distribution system of underground coal mine due to transient voltage-loss, and introduced design idea and working principle of the circuit in details. The circuit uses double rectifier to charge capacitance and control constant discharge of capacitance. The practical application shows that the circuit has low design cost, is reliable and safe, can effectively solve existing issues of traditional high-voltage switch such as delay time is not controllable combining with time-delay protector and high-voltage integrated protector.
Handling method of PLC power down in mine integrated automation system

Abstract:
For PLC power down problem of belt transportation system due to emergency in mine integrated automation system, which makes belt of inverse direction of coal flow fail to stop and results in coal piling accident, a handling method of PLC power down with software-level was proposed. The method judges power down of I/O substation mainly by detecting communication status of ENBT module of remote I/O substation, then stops running of the belt of inverse direction of coal flow accoding to interlocking relationship, so as to make relevant belts stop timely and avoid accidents of coal piling.
