  • In view of problems that existing hoist monitoring system is limited to on-site monitoring, part of the faults are difficult to detect and deal timely, a design scheme of remote monitoring and intelligent fault diagnosis system for hoist group based on Internet of Things was proposed. The system uses distributed real-time middleware technology for data transmission of operating system to achieve interactive communication between distributed interprocesses under asynchronous network environment, so as to realize networked monitoring for mine hoist group. It establishes architecture of interactive intelligent fault diagnosis for networked mine hoist to achieve interactive inference for hoist fault diagnosis, optimizes hoist fault diagnosis methods, and improves efficiency of fault diagnosis.
