Abstract:
The paper introduced system structure of an intrinsically safe computer used in mine rescue and design of its subsystem as well as its design technology of intrinsically safe circuit in details.From the view of safety ergonomics,the paper expounded humanized design of its apparent structure and its reliability design.The actual application result showed the video images and voice signals photographed and inputted by the computer in rescue of mine accidents are clear and continuous,and it has functions of detection,storage,display and playback,which can be used to establish expert decision system in condition of mature technology.
Development of a New Type of Multi-functional Detector for Mine Ventilation Parameters

Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of complex method,big errors and difficult analysis of measuring methods for air resistance in safety technology management of mine ventilation,the paper put forward a design scheme of multi-functional detector for mine ventilation parameters.The detector adopts STM32F103VB chip as main controller,uses battery-powered mode and has LCD screen,high-capacity memory,keyboard and communication interface.It can collect parameters of pressure,temperature,humidity,air speed and gas concentration of mine roadway and record information of roadway number and support form.The trial running result showed that the detector has stable performance,reliable action and accurate measurment.
Integrated Automation System for Drainage of Coal Mine Based on Ethernet

Abstract:
Aiming at the problems such as low efficiency,huge labor intensity,more misoperations of existing relay control way in drainage system of domestic coal mine,the paper introduced an integrated automation system for drainage of coal mine.The system combines with technologies of computer,industrial Ethernet and PLC control,adopts layered structure design method,and adopts (VC++) and configuration software of PLC to design software of main station and substation of the system.It not only realizes automatic drainage with constant water level but also can monitor running conditions of the drainage system centrally, so as to improve security and reliability of the drainage system of coal mine.The actual running result showed the system has stable and reliable performance and higher control precision,which can meet requirements of safe production of coal mine.
Data Collection System of Simulation Training for Using Self-rescuer Based on Radio Frequency Technology

Abstract:
The paper introduced design of a data collection system of simulation training for using self-rescuer based on radio frequency technology and introduced design of its software and hardware in details.The system can collect physiological data such as heart rate,body temperature and so on of underground operating workers when accidents in coal mine underground are simulated in laboratory environment,and can train underground operating workers with pertinency according to the data.The experiment result showed that the system has easy operation and stable performance,and it can get physiological data of trained person efficiently and correctly,which fills the gap of field of existing simulation training for using self-rescuer.

Abstract:
The paper introduced design of a noise source analyzer for industrial compressor based on frequency spectrum and wavelet transform.The analyzer takes LabVIEW as software development platform,adopts methods of frequency spectrum analysis and continuous wavelet transform to analyze position and recognition of noise source of industrial compressor,and has functions of collection and processing of noise signals,recognition methods of frequency spectrum analysis and continuous wavelet transform and so on.The test result showed that the two recognition methods can distinguish each noise source of industrial compressor and everyone’s contribution in noise power of compressor,so it is easy to locate range of frequency bands distribution of main noise source quickly and visually,so as to monitor running status of industrial compressor.

Abstract:
Wireless sensor networks are used in personnel localization to ensure safety in coal mine production.According to localization mechanism,the node localization algorithms of wireless sensor networks are divided as range-free ones and range-based ones which are widely used in mine because of their high localization precision and low error.Seven distance measuring methods such as RSSI were described and compared and then five localization algorithms such as Trilateration were analyzed.At last it was pointed out that personnel localization algorithms should be selected or designed in view of specific environment and application requirements of mine.
Design of a Portable Static Strain Gauge for Anchor Used in Mine

Abstract:
The existing strain gauge used in measuring anchor has bad precision,its measuring data only can be recorded manually and it can′t response force conditions of tunnel accurately.Aiming at the above problems,the paper introduced design of a portable static strain gauge for anchor used in mine,analyzed measuring principle of strain measurement,and expounded designs of signal conditioned circuit of the strain gauge and its software program.The experiment result showed that the strain gauge has high measuring precision and good stability with characteristics of Chinese display and easy operation.

Based on analysis of data mining technology,rough set theory,fuzzy logic and neural networks algorithm,the paper proposed a design scheme of safety information management model of coal mine based on data mining.The model uses Web server registration technology and XML data composition technology to form terminal database,adopts rough set theory and fuzzy logic and neural networks algorithm of data mining technology to form terminal data warehouse,and analyzes,manages and maintains terminal data warehouse in an unified may.The model improves efficiency of safety information management of coal mine effectively.

Abstract:
Through analyzing defects and its causes of existing small current grounding selector of high-voltage in coal mine,the paper introduced a new type of small current grounding line selection principle in high-voltage based on transient signal.And based on the principle,a mine-used small current grounding selector of high-voltage was developed with FPGA chip.The test result showed that the selector has high reliability and quick respond speed.

Abstract:
Aiming at the existing status of energy waste caused by rotor series resistance speed-regulation of electrical control system of mine hoist with medium and small power,the paper proposed a design scheme of new type of dual-PWM frequency-conversion speed-regulation system.The mathematical models of three-phase voltage-source type PWM rectifier were established in three-phase static coordinate system and two-phase rotating d-q coordinate system separately.Its feedforward decoupling control strategy and realization of DSP were researched.Position and operation time of voltage space vectors of converter were calculated directly according to reference voltage space vectors output by current regulator and realization method of DSP was given.The simulation result verified the validity of the scheme.

Abstract:
Aiming at increasingly serious problem of harmonic pollution in power system,the paper introduced design of a new type of embedded harmonic detection device.The device adopts master-slave structure,which takes single-chip microcomputer as main CPU to control running of the whole device and takes DSP as slave CPU to process data,and adopts a new type of harmonic detection algorithm named kalman algorithm,which takes the minimum mean square error as rule and uses state equation and recurrence method to estimate present process state according to the last observed data and the most recent one.The device can detect harmonic in power grid real-timely and reliably and has characteristics of fast operation speed,high precision,simple structure,correspondingly low cost,easy operation and strong display function.The simulation result showed the validity and reliability of the device.

Abstract:
Cost of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor is high in application situations of long distance and large thrust because it needs many central windings and permanent magnets.Aiming at the problem,the paper took economy index as target,adopted improved genetic algorithm which was combined with adaptive parameter adjusting and adaptive value calibration,and realized optimization design of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor through selecting optimization variable and determining constraint condition and objective function.After analyzing and comparing each performance index of motor before and after being optimized,it was gotten that the optimization method can improve comprehensive performance index of motor,enhance its thrust and decrease its volume,so as to reduce product cost of motor.

Abstract:
The paper introduced a PID self-tuning control system which was established with neural network technology,gave structure of the system and analyzed structures and learning algorithms of BP neural network and RBF neural network in details.The system adopts three-layer BP neural network and its outputs are parameters of PID controller.It identifies controlled objects through variable-structure RBF neural network,provides gotten gradient information of output to input to BP neural network,and BP neural network optimizes parameters of PID controller according to the information.The simulation result showed that to nonlinear system whose parameter perturbation is larger,the system has fast convergence speed,strong ability of dynamic response,good stability and stronger robustness and adaptability.

The paper introduced hardware design and software implementation of network reformation to electric control system of original hoist relay in the fifth coal mine of Pingdingshan Mining Group.In the reformation project,two PLCs are used for hoist driving control and it improves intelligent level of hoist control system.The monitoring and control system is designed to monitor and control hoist running state real-timely and realizes remote monitoring and control through network.The system has done a leap from old relay-contact device control to automatic control.After all kinds of test running,various performance of the system satisfies the design requirements of hoist transportation with safe and reliable running and steady performance.

According to actual situation of battery charging of electric locomotive of coal mine,the paper adopted technology of high frequency switch and DSP digital control to design circuit and control program of a mine-used intelligent high-power battery charger.The intelligent charger can realize six charging methods such as variable current charging,two-stage charging,five-stage charging and so on.During charging process,it can do automatic collection,real-time display,batch storage and analysis of charging data,has characteristics of small cubage, light weight,easy operation,high efficiency,energy saving and so on and has better generality.The field application result showed that the intelligent charger has steady performance and reliable running,which is suitable for coal mine environment.

Abstract:
Because the first MG500 coal shearer of some mining corporation was limited by low fuselage and small volume,tank and oil pump couldn’t be installed on it and hydraulic pressure system only used emulsion liquid of coal face as power liquid.But components of the system couldn’t be suitable for emulsion liquid system and coal shearer often took place faults such as braking device contracted brake,coal shearer couldn’t move and so on.Aiming at the problems,the paper proposed a reformation scheme of braking device for hydraulic pressure system of the coal shearer,which used common components of hydraulic support to instead of primary imported components so as to make it to be suitable for emulsion liquid system.The actual application result showed the reformed coal shearer runs stably and reliably,faults rate is reduced greatly and maintenance is easy.

Abstract:
Tunneling machine is the most important device in mechanical tunneling of coal mine roadway,but it is operated by driver with hands.Because of bad tunneling environment,poor working condition and dust and water fog influencing visual field of driver,bad forming quality of tunneling roadway section and big labor intensity are caused.Aiming at the above problems,the paper introduced an intelligent control system with automatic forming and constant power cutting of tunneling machine,introduced design and implementation of automatic forming control of tunneling roadway section and automatic traction speed-regulation control with constant power of cutting head of the system in details,and gave the application of the system on EBZ200 tunneling machine.The actual application showed that the system realizes functions of on-line remote monitoring,diagnosis and control,which makes operator away from working face and reduces person injury accidents,and has certain practical significance for automatic roadway tunneling with safety and high efficiency.
