Development of Mine-used Intelligent High-power Battery Charger

  • According to actual situation of battery charging of electric locomotive of coal mine,the paper adopted technology of high frequency switch and DSP digital control to design circuit and control program of a mine-used intelligent high-power battery charger.The intelligent charger can realize six charging methods such as variable current charging,two-stage charging,five-stage charging and so on.During charging process,it can do automatic collection,real-time display,batch storage and analysis of charging data,has characteristics of small cubage, light weight,easy operation,high efficiency,energy saving and so on and has better generality.The field application result showed that the intelligent charger has steady performance and reliable running,which is suitable for coal mine environment.
