Research of Transmission Characteristic of High-frequency Electromagnetic Wave in Incline Shaft

Abstract:
The paper analyzed transmission characteristics of high-frequency electromagnetic wave of underground wireless channel,put forward that electromagnetic wave transmission has multi-path fading effect because of diffraction,reflection and scattering of obstacle such as coal seam,coal wall and underground working equipment.The paper introduced simulation and research method which used to study effect of distance of electromagnetic wave transmission on multipath fading and RMS delay,namely principle of ray tracing method,adjustment of ray direction in track process and calculation of field strength value of ray. Based on the research method,the paper also studied effect of distance between transmitter and receiver on propagation loss and RMS time delay spread of the electromagnetic wave in idealization model of incline tunnel.The simulation result showed that closer distances between transmitter and receiver,less transmission loss;lower central frequencies of electromagnetic wave,less transmission loss;longer distances between receiver and transmitter,higher RMS delay value of electromagnetic transmission.

Abstract:
Using grid to solve the problems of data-intensiveness,computing-intensiveness,distribution of resources and heterogeneous in management of mine safety has become a key point for realizing high performance computing and then improving speed and accuracy of forecasting of coal mine safety.Based on the current communication networks of coal mine and referring to the OGSA system,the paper put forward and built up a system framework of coal mine safety application grid(CMSAG) from information acquirement,processing to application.Combining with the application equirement,the paper studied the key technologies of CMSAG system in details,such as resource management,resource scheduling,grid safety and so on.At last,it gave a material application demonstration.
Nonlinear Correction of Methane Sensor Based on Least Square Support Vector Machine

Abstract:
According to sample of methane sensor,the paper put forward a method of correcting nonlinear error of methane sensor,which can identify cont rary model characteristic of methane sensorcorrectly based on the least square support vector machine.It introduced principles of correction method of SVM regression estimation and LS-SVM in details.The method does not make use of any priori knowledge about contrary model function and can ensure that extremal solution is optimal and has generalization ability.The application result showed that the detection precision of methane sensor is 0.4% with the method,the result of nonlinear correction are great satisfaction.
Research of DC Stray Current in Coal Mine Underground

Abstract:
The problems such as corrosion of steel rail and the buried metal pipe,and electric shock,interference to communication systems caused by stray current have become prominent increasingly.Through establishing unilateral power supply model of electric locomotive,the paper deducted the mathematical formula for stray current under reasonable suppositions,simulated the formula by using the simulation software Matlab.The simulation result showed that in unilateral power supply range,stray current increased at first and then decreased with increasing the distance to electric locomotive,and it come to maximum at the mid-point of power supply range,the transition resistance and track longitudinal resistivity have great affection to the stray current,the distance and the current of power supply have secondary affection to the stray current.

Abstract:
The paper introduced dead-time effect of three-level inverter in details,analyzed the dead-time compensation strategy of the three-level inverter,established a simulation model based on power vector control for three-level inverter taking a 22 kW/380 V induction motor as example.The simulation result showed that the stable time of rotate speed of the inverter is shorter when dead-time is compensated,distorsion factor of current harmonic wave is smaller and torque pulsation is decreased obviously.

Abstract:
Automatic reading method of pointer meter of industry and mine based on image technology has been a research hotspot of industry and mine automation recently,but the urgent problem is the place of camera and imaging distortion affected the reading precision.The paper put forward a new automatic reading method of industry and mine meter based on difference image processing and angle-proportionment calculation,introduced design and implementation of sub-algorithm of degree scale calibration and real-time computer.The testing data showed that the method improves the automatic reading precision and the system’s robustness in industry and mine environment.

The paper compared and analyzed 3D modeling technologies of mine laneway,put forward a 3D modeling method of mine laneway based on MultiPatch 3D data structure in ArcGIS.Considering characteristics of mine laneway,the method realized 3D automatic modeling of mine laneway based on secondary development on ArcGIS Engine platform under the C# developing environment.The method provides a new solution for establishment of 3D mine laneway information system.

Abstract:
The paper established a mathematical model of diode-clamped type three-level shunt active power filter(APF) with three-phase three-wire,put forward a control scheme of shunt three-level APF combining with calculation of instruction current based on i_p-i_q method,predictive current control and space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM).It also analyzed simplified three-level SVPWM control algorithm.The result of simulation and experiment showed that the scheme has good compensation effect for harmonic wave,and is suited for DSP hardware realization and main circuit protection with full-digital control,has better application prospect.

Abstract:
The paper discussed theory and research method of trajectory planning of industrial robot,and introduced realization method of software of trajectory planning of industrial robot based on VC++.The software can make robot to plan collision-free trajectory in real-time,and use ROSTY software to draw simulation diagram of mechanism of collision-free position and pose.Meanwhile,through experiment of Motoman-HP3 robot,it realized application using external interface function of Motocom32 software called by VC++ application program to plan trajectory for industrial robot.The simulation experiment proved that the software of trajectory planning of robot can realize remote control and ensures position precision for robot.

Abstract:
Because of wireless sensor networks can realize integration of processing,storage,sensing and communication on small-scale and low-cost devices,it is widely applied in fields of environmental monitoring.On the basis of analyzing the existing defaults of present monitoring technique of coal spontaneous combustion sources,the paper put forward a monitoring system for coal spontaneous combustion source based on WSN.It introduced design of structure,sensor nodes and access gateway nodes of the system,and gave software design of micro-sensor nodes.The system can achieve temperature detection for special area that existing wire system couldn’t implement,and improve safety production level of coal mine effectively.

Mine ventilation simulation system usually uses single-line to draw and display ventilation system graphics and can’t reflect layer relationship among tunnels.The paper put forward a new and high-efficient automatic drawing method of double-line graphics for ventilation system creatively,namely ("virtual) double-line".It introduced natures and characteristics of the "virtual double-line" method,implementation mechanism and steps of rendering ventilation system double-line graphics rapidly and automatically and its implementation method.The "virtual double-line" method(needn’t) calculate coordinate of the double-line points and can render ventilation system double-line graphics rapidly and automatically,and the double-line graphics can reflect layer relationship among tunnels,which has characteristics of less calculation,high execution efficiency.

The cross correlator is the core device of measurement system of correlation two-phase-flow.The paper introduced working principle and cross correlation algorithm of measurement system of correlation flows and design of a cross correlator based on NIOSⅡ embedded soft-core processor.It also expounded general structure,design of hardware and software of the cross correlator.The experiment of Matlab simulation verified the cross correlator can achieve cross-correlation operations of random noise signals.The cross correlator has features of good real-time,simple hardware structure and high reliability comparing with the traditional cross correlator,and can meet with the demand of online measurement for correlation flows.
