  • The paper introduced dead-time effect of three-level inverter in details,analyzed the dead-time compensation strategy of the three-level inverter,established a simulation model based on power vector control for three-level inverter taking a 22 kW/380 V induction motor as example.The simulation result showed that the stable time of rotate speed of the inverter is shorter when dead-time is compensated,distorsion factor of current harmonic wave is smaller and torque pulsation is decreased obviously.
