Abstract:
Using intelligent control system and neural network expert system to set the time of filter pressing for float coal, and fuzzy logic control technology to modify the time based on the actual moisture warp, and realize the control of the product’s moisture of filter pressing system for float coal. The results of simulation showed that the effect of the control is good.

Abstract:
On the basis of analysis of the working principle and characteristics of RS232 and RS485, serial communication method was confirmed that the long distance data communication of mine-used feeder switch can be realized by adopting RS485 serial communication standard interface. The switch can communicate with upper PC. The experiments showed that the method is long distance in communication and reliable in data transmission and has practical value.

Abstract:
This article discussed the importance of synchronous control system in industry. Then it put forward a synchronous control system of multi-motor based on N∶N network communication system by FX2N programmable controller. The relevant hardware and software were showed. Especially optimizing PID algorithm was given. Practice proved that the system has rapid dynamic response, little overshoot and high accuracy.

Abstract:
This paper introduced a computing method about power factor of rectification circuit, analyzed emphatically the influence of harmonics on power factor in three-phase rectification circuit. Experiment results showed that the correction device of power factor could realize high power factor, low harmonic distortion and low ripple of output voltage.

A management scheme of integrated remote monitoring for small coal mine was put forward in this paper. In the scheme, the information transmission system of tradition control and monitoring system was improved. The scheme used MCU and modem chip to replace the main computer in transmission system can enhance the reliability of monitoring system, and meanwhile reduce the working cost, so it is suitable for small coal mines.

Abstract:
Based on the CPLD, this paper designed a scheme of serial data communication of the ultrasonic alarming system for gas SF6. Using the language VC and VHDL to realize the communication program of the up-device and down-device respectively. The practice experiment proved there are merits of high baud rate and actual transmittion about the serial communication by CPLD. The serial data communication is adapt for the detecting and alarming system with weak signal.

Abstract:
The TYSC-3Q digital well logging instrument is the main equipment to exactly explore in the coal industry and nuclear industry. In the process of data collection, it uses parallel interface to communicate with PC. Malfunction appeared frequently in actual exploring. Based on the analysis of the principle and exsisting problems of the TYSC-3Q digital well logging instument, the sequence of data communicating with PC was studied deeply, and reformed scheme was proposed by using SCM technology, in which the original interface card was replaced by RS232 serial interface.
