Frequency-conversion reform of electrical control system of belt conveyor of main shaft

  • 摘要: 针对某煤矿主井带式输送机的节能改造需求,提出了该输送机电控系统的变频改造方案,介绍了改造后系统结构及其采用的ACS800变频器的控制原理,分析了改造后系统在实际应用中存在的问题及相应的解决办法。
    Abstract: In view of requirement of energy-saving reform of belt conveyor of main shaft of a Coal Mine, the paper proposed a frequency-conversion reform scheme of electrical control system of the belt conveyor. It introduced structure of the reformed system and control principle of ACS800 frequency converter, and analyzed existed problems in actual application of the reformed system and its corresponding solutions.
