Research status and development of control technology for mine hoist

  • 摘要: 分析了国内外直流、交流矿井提升机控制系统的现状与发展历程,重点介绍了双三电平拓扑结构下3种变频调速系统,即定子侧高压变频调速系统、同步电动机双三电平变频调速系统、交-直-交电压型双三电平SVPWM变频调速系统在矿井提升机控制系统中的应用,指出交-直-交电压型双三电平变频调速系统节能效果较好,最适用于矿井提升机控制系统。
    Abstract: The paper analyzed status and development process of DC and AC mine hoist control system at home and abroad. It emphatically introduced application of three frequency-conversion speed-regulation systems based on double three-level topology in control system of mine hoist, namely high-voltage frequency-conversion speed-regulation system at stator side, double three-level frequency-conversion speed-regulation system of synchronous motor and AC-DC-AC voltage type SVPWM frequency-conversion speed-regulation system with double three-level. And it indicated that AC-DC-AC voltage type frequency-conversion speed-regulation system has better energy-saving effect and is most suitable for control system of mine hoist.
