Numerical Simulation Research of Fully Mechanized Coal Face of Thick Coal Seam

  • 摘要: 根据某矿综采工作面前方顶煤节理裂隙分布情况,建立了综采工作面数值计算模型,运用UDEC软件对同一地质条件下不同采高的综采工作面进行了数值模拟,分析了综采工作面前方煤岩变形特征及顶煤的受力情况。研究结果表明,确定合理的采高是保证顶板稳定的重要因素。
    Abstract: According to distribution condition of joint fissures of top coal in front of fully mechanized coal face of one coal mine, a numerical calculation model of fully mechanized coal face was built, UDEC software was used to make numerical simulation for fully mechanized coal face with different mining heights under condition of same geology, and deformation features of coal and rock in front of fully mechanized coal face and force condition of top coal were analyzed. The research result showed that reasonable mining height is important factor to ensure stability of roof.
