DTHZ-20 Intrinsically Safe Type Electromagnet for Unloading Valve Used in Mine

  • 摘要: 设计了一种与煤矿井下液压卸载阀配套使用的本质安全型电磁铁,介绍了该电磁铁的主要技术指标、性能特点、结构原理,分析了该电磁铁结构型式的选择,重点阐述了该电磁铁的磁系统设计。实际应用表明,该电磁铁具有功率小、吸力大、动作灵活等特点。
    Abstract: An intrinsically safe type electromagnet for underground hydraulic unloading valve was designed. The main technical indexes, performances and structure principle of the electromagnet were introduced, and selection of structure of the electromagnet was analyzed. The design of magnetic system of the electromagnet was expounded emphatically. The actual application showed that the electromagnet has features of small power, big suction and flexible action.
