Design of Integrated Automation Monitoring and Control System of Flue Gas Desulfurization and Its Applicatio

  • 摘要: 针对岱庄煤矿热电厂原有烟气脱硫系统脱硫效率低、没有实现脱硫过程自动化控制的现状,分析研究了氨法烟气脱硫工艺流程,设计了基于PLC的氨法烟气脱硫综合自动化监控系统。该系统实现了整个烟气脱硫过程的监测与控制,能够根据现场监测数据完成对脱硫过程的自动控制,提高了该热电厂的自动化水平。
    Abstract: In view of status of low desulphurization efficiency and no automatic control of desulfurization process in original flue gas desulfurization system of Thermal Power Plant of Daizhuang Coal Mine, the paper analyzed technical process of ammonia flue gas desulfurization, designed integrated automation monitoring and control system of ammonia flue gas desulfurization based on PLC. The system realizes monitoring and control of entire flue gas desulfurization process, and can complete automatic control of desulfurization process according to monitored data in field, which improves automation level of the thermal power plant.
