卧螺离心机转鼓结构参数对其分离性能的影响

Influence of structural parameters of drum of horizontal screw decanter on separation performance

  • 摘要: 采用数值模拟方法,对卧螺离心机转鼓长径比及其半锥角对其分离性能的影响进行了研究,介绍了卧螺离心机三维模型建模、网格划分方法及数值模拟过程。研究结果表明:当转鼓长径比为4.3时,卧螺离心机分离效果最好,分离效率最高;当转鼓半锥角为9°时,煤泥浆所受挤压较强,有利于煤泥浆脱水,且分离效率最高。

     

    Abstract: Influence of length-diameter ratio and half cone angle of drum of horizontal screw decanter on separation performance was researched by use of numerical simulation method. 3D model building and meshing of horizontal screw decanter were introduced as well as numerical simulation process. The research results show that separation effect and separation efficiency of horizontal screw decanter is the best when the length-diameter ratio of drum is 4.3; coal slurry is squeezed stronger and it is good for dehydration of coal mud with the best seperation efficiency of the horicontal screw decanter when the half cone angle of drum is 9°.
