  • 摘要: 针对目前液压支架监测系统可靠性、实用性差的问题,设计了一种基于SmartMesh IP网络的低功耗液压支架压力监测系统。该系统基于链状网络设计,压力采集传感器具备全网休眠、信号中继、超低功耗的特点,电池备用时间可达1 a以上;系统无需专门的中继器,实现了真正意义上的无线监测。

     

    Abstract: In view of low reliability and poor practicality of current hydraulic support pressure monitoring system, a pressure monitoring system of hydraulic support with low power consumption based on SmartMesh IP network was designed. The system was designed based on chain network, the pressure acquistition sensor has characteristics of whole network sleep, signal relay, and ultra-low power consumption, battery backup time can be up to one year and the system does not require repeaters, which achieves wireless monitoring in the true sense.
