基于双循环测量隔离管路的离心泵加速寿命试验平台设计

Design of accelerated-life test platform of centrifugal pump based on double circulating lines for isolation measurement

  • 摘要: 针对离心泵失效过程复杂、故障数据库不健全的问题,设计了基于双循环测量隔离管路的离心泵加速寿命试验平台。该平台利用含砂粒子大小与粒子浓度作为离心泵加速寿命应力因子,以流量-扬程特性曲线作为寿命评价指标。测试结果表明,该平台可以有效加速离心泵失效过程,并能实现离心泵特性曲线拟合和试验数据的在线测量,满足了加速寿命试验要求。

     

    Abstract: For the problems of complex failure process and defective failure database for centrifugal pump, an accelerated-life test platform of centrifugal pump based on double circulating lines for isolation measurement was designed. The platform uses sand particle diameter and particle concentration as accelerated life stress factors of centrifugal pump, and selects flow-head curve as evaluation index of its life. The test results show that the platform can accelerate failure process of centrifugal pump, and can implement centrifugal pump characteristic curve fitting and on-line measurement of test data, which satisfies requirement of accelerated life tests.
