Design of auto-calibration system for multi-channel strain gauge

  • 摘要: 针对现有的应变测量仪标定方式采用单通道手动操作,存在标定过程费时费力、效率较低等问题,设计了一种以Cortex-M3为控制核心的自动标定系统,详细介绍了该系统的硬件和软件设计。该系统可将标准电阻信号输出加载到被标定电桥的输入端,比对被标定电桥的输出与理论值,自动计算被标定电桥的精度。实验结果表明,该系统能够有效完成自动标定任务,标定精度达到0.5%。
    Abstract: In view of problem of wasting time and energy and low efficiency in calibrating process of existing calibration method of strain gauges which adopts single-channel manual operation mode, an auto-calibration system based on cortex-M3 MCU was designed,hardware and software design of the system were introduced in details. The system can output standard resistance signal to input terminal of calibration bridge , and can automatically compute precision of calibrate bridge through comparison value between actual outputs and theoretical outputs. The experimental results show that the system can perform auto-calibration of strain gauge efficiently with calibration precision at 0.5%.
