钻式采煤机钻具力磁耦合模型研究

Research of magneto-mechanical coupling model of drilling tool for auger type shearer

  • 摘要: 根据采煤机钻具的受力特点,研究了钻具力磁之间的特征关系,建立了钻具力磁耦合模型。通过分析该模型可获取应力和漏磁场之间的特定耦合关系,从而可根据磁场分布间接获得钻具的应力信息,达到实时监测、安全生产的目的。仿真与测试结果验证了该模型的正确性。

     

    Abstract: According to the mechanical force characteristics of drilling tool for auger type shearer, the characteristic relationship between force and magnetic field of drilling tool was studied, and the magneto-mechanical coupling model was established. Certain coupling relationship between the stress and the leakage magnetic field can be obtained through the analysis of the model, so as to obtain stress information of drilling tool indirectly according to distribution of magnetic field, and the goal of real-time monitoring and production safety were achieved. The simulation and test results verify the correctness of the model.
