  • For situation that existing mine gas sensor is mainly used for monitoring disasters of gas explosion and gas accumulation, and not for monitoring gas emission characteristics of working face, the paper discussed a kind of layout scheme of gas sensor. The test results show that the sensors lay out 5 m distance far from the working face, the monitoring data conform to the real gas emission monitoring of working face, and meet needs of monitoring gas emission characteristics. Current arrangement of gas sensor on head-on of heading face can meet needs of monitoring gas emission characteristics.
