Design of monitoring and dispatching system of trackless rubber-tyred locomotive in coal mine

  • In view of problems of narrow roadway and bad sight line, difficult meeting and blocked scheduling information in coal mine underground, a monitoring and dispatching system of trackless rubber-tyred locomotive in coal mine was designed. The system adopts RFID technology to real-timely collect operation data of underground trackless rubber-tyred locomotive, so as to realize functions of location, tracking and scheduling management of vehicle; and uses distributed automatic control and scheduling mode to judge vehicle travel directions, and uses signal light to command locomotives. The practical application shows that the system can make full use of equipments of personnel positioning system, and meet with requirements of mine field application.
