Development of integrative control device of belt conveyor

In view of problems of many operating procedures and high labor intensity existed in process of belt-shrinking, tensioning and belt-winding of belt conveyor, an integrative control device of belt conveyor was designed. The automatic hydraulic tensioning device completes automatic tensioning in operation process of belt conveyor and belt storage when working face moves on. The automatic hydraulic belt-winding device curls conveying belt of belt storage and moves the conveying belt out of the belt conveyor, then moves the conveying belt to ground for processing. The actual application showed that the device runs good and completes belt-shrinking and belt-winding of conveying belt successfully.
