Development of Intelligent Force Sensor

  • In view of problems of lower reliability in traditional differential pressure density meter and being not suitable for situation of frequent change of media density in pressure-type liquid level meter, an intelligent force sensor based on Freescale MC9S08AW60 MCU was designed. Main circuits of the sensor were introduced in details. The sensor achieves functions of data acquisition, signal processing, data communication and current loop output ADC. The practical application showed that the sensor meets with demand of industrial application environment with accuracy ±5 kg/m3 in density measurement and no effect of suspension recirculation and level fluctuation on level measurement in work temperature from -20 ℃ to +80 ℃.
