  • In order to solve problems of low speed and precision of traditional loading system of coal mine based on weigh bridge and control modes of manpower or single chip microcomputer, the paper introduced composition and process of a rapid quantitative loading station of railway, expounded configuration and control strategies of quantitative loading and automatic feeding of control system of the loading station, and tested the control system. By use of the control system, loading precision of the loading station is less than 0.1% for one carriage and the whole train, and loading time is less than 45 s for one carriage, which realizes quick and accurate loading.
