  • For the problem that it is difficult to get optimum purchase solution of coal mine safety equipment by use of qualitative analysis method, a purchasing method of coal mine safety equipment based on safety value engineering was proposed, and decision-making process of the method was introduced taking purchase of gas pump stations of a coal mine enterprise for example. In the method, the weight of each function index of coal mine safety equipments is scored by 0~4 and each weight coefficient is calculated, then degree of each equipment satisfying the function index is scored by experts by use of ten-point system. Safety value coefficient of each equipment is calculated according to the scoring result and the weight coefficient, and the equipment with the maximum safety value coefficient is the optimum one. The method provides reference for coal mine enterprise in purchasing safety equipment scientifically.
