Design of Mine-used Infrared Methane Sensor with Compensation of Temperature and Pressure

  • In view of existing problems of low measurement accuracy and reliability because of hardware compensation method of temperature and pressure of infrared methane sensor, the paper proposed a design scheme of mine-used infrared methane sensor with compensation of temperature and pressure, introduced design of software and hardware of the sensor in details, and gave compensation methods of temperature and pressure, namely adding compensation function of temperature and pressure to data processing link. The test result showed that the sensor has advantages of high measurement precision, good stability and strong environmental adaptiveness.
