Application of Fuzzy-immune PID Control in Seat Damping System of Mine-used Equipment

  • For the problem of adverse effect of existing seat damping system of mine-used equipment caused by uncontrolled spring, the paper introduced composition and working principle of a seat damping system of mine-used equipment and mainly introduced application scheme of fuzzy-immune PID control in the system. The system uses PLC as main controller and adjusts rigidity of gas spring by changing working status of cylinder component so as to realize seat damping. For characteristics of non-linearity, time-variety and time-delay,the system adopts fuzzy-immune PID control strategy. The simulation and practical application showed that the system has high robustness and good damping effect, which meets actual requirements.
