  • In order to solve problems that traditional manual matching method and manual-control matching method based on matching valve are poor in precision and cannot meet real-time variation requirement of concentration of dust suppressant, the paper introduced working principle of an auto-matching system of dust suppressant solution and expounded application and realization of fuzzy-PID control algorithm in the system. The system calculated concentration of dust suppressant solution according to detected dust concentration firstly, and then uses normal PID algorithm to control matching of solution with fixed target concentration and fuzzy-PID algorithm to control matching of solution with variable target concentration. The testing result showed that fuzzy-PID algorithm is higher in precision and less in error than normal PID algorithm used in auto-matching of dust suppressant solution.
