Design of Mine-used High-precision Oxygen Sensor with Temperature Compensatio

  • The paper analyzed temperature properties and compensation method of electrochemical oxygen probe, introduced hardware and software designs of mine-used high-precision oxygen sensor with temperature compensation, and gave experimental testing. The sensor uses temperature sensor DS18B20 to achieve temperature compensation, and its error is only 0.1% at 10 ℃ and 40 ℃, which shows that the sensor has perfect effect of temperature compensation.
