Remote Upgrade Resolution of Safety Monitoring and Control Sub-station of Coal Mine

  • In allusion to difficulties of upgrade and maintenance of safety monitoring and control sub-station of coal mine underground, the paper proposed a remote upgrade solution of safety monitoring and control sub-station of coal mine based on processor IPC2114, described technical principle of IAP, and introduced idea and implementation of the solution as well as several key issues which should be paid attention to when designing the solution. The solution can ensure correct transmission of upgrade packet on one hand, and on the other hand it can ensure the sub-station running the unupgraded program automatically when the upgrade process is interrupted, so as to ensure safety of upgrade process. A large number of tests showed that the solution can realize remote upgrading of safety monitoring and control sub-station of coal mine safely and stably at low speed.
