Design of Frequency-conversion Speed-regulation System of Emulsion Pump Statio

  • In view of problem of higher mechanical loss existed in traditional speed-regulation system of emulsion pump station, the paper proposed a design scheme of frequency-conversion speed-regulation system of emulsion pump station. It gave hardware structure of the system and introduced working mode and software design of the system in details. The actual application showed that the system has stable running and low mechanical loss.
