  • In order to solve problems that existing detecting modes of running parameters of mine main ventilator are poor in precision and real-time performance and unable to realize overall monitoring, a design scheme of remote monitoring system of mine main ventilator was proposed. In the system, C8051F020 single chip microcomputer is as control core and parameters of main ventilator are collected by data collection module including wind pressure, wind quantity, three-phase voltage, three-phase current, active power, efficiency, vibration, bearing temperature of motor,etc. The parameters could be displayed on local LCD real-timely after processing and monitoring interface of upper computer through GPRS network. The trial running result showed that the system runs without mistake and disconnection.
