Design of an Automatic Control Device of Mine Dedusting Water Curtain with Inspection of Air Turbidity

In allusion to the influence of too much grime and rock dust produced in mining production on mine safety production,the paper designed an automatic control device of mine dedusting water curtain with inspection of air turbidity.It introduced the main circuit design and the notice of installation and adjustment of the device in details.The automatic control device uses sensor and integrating operation amplifier to compose photoelectric detection circuit of air turbidity,which can offer a real time checking of content of grime and rock dust,so as to realize functions of automatic control and automatic alarming of dedusting water curtain.
