  • The paper put forward a design scheme of new type of mine used infrared data collector with low power consumption, described working principle, design of hardware circuit and software and working mode of low power consumption of the data collector in details. The collector selects the micro controllers, LCD display and power management chip with low power consumption, and its overall power consumption is reduced and battery life is extended successfully. The experimental result showed that the whole opera ting current of the collector is less than 44 μA in standby mode.
