  • The paper introduced a powerful network simulation software named Opnet,and analyzed its simulation characteristics and functions.It emphatically discussed how to build network models with Opnet.Combining with the example of TCP congestion control,the paper introduced modeling methods,application configuration as well as network parameters configuration of TCP congestion control simulation,and analyzed the influence of network environment parameters on network performance and simulation result.
