Design of Intelligent Control System of Mine Local Ventilator

  • In allusion to the existing shortcoming that traditional frequency-conversion control system of mine local ventilator regulates air quantity according to gas concentration only,the paper put forward a design scheme of intelligent control system of mine local ventilator,which considered gas and dust concentration,and introduced design of fuzzy controllers of gas concentration and dust concentration based on fuzzy PID control.The simulation of the fuzzy controllers of gas concentration and dust concentration showed that the control system can regulate speed of local ventilator automatically,continuously and real-timely according to concentration change of explosive gas with different concentration of gas and dust of working face.
