  • In view of problems of high packet loss rate and bad expandability existed in traditional network monitoring and control system because of adopting centralized control way, the paper put forward a design scheme of network monitoring and control system based on SOPC technology. It introduced hardware platform and software design of the system in details. The testing data validated feasibility of the system.
