  • To solve problem of bearing fault diagnosis for belt conveyor of coal mine, a design scheme of new bearing monitoring and diagnosis system of belt conveyor of coal mine was put forward. The system takes vibration monitoring analyzer and vibration acceleration sensor as core and combines with database server and KingView software, and realizes functions of signal acquisition and processing of vibration and temperature, real-time analysis and intelligent diagnosis, trend analysis and report generation of bearing of belt conveyor. The actual application showed that the system can monitor and diagnose condition of bearing of belt conveyor of coal mine and meets requirements of real-time and accuracy in condition monitoring and on-line diagnosis of belt conveyor of coal mine.
