  • In view of problem of low transmission efficiency of traditional emergency command system of coal mine, the paper proposed a design scheme of visual emergency command system of coal mine. The system uses SOA data integration technology to integrate database of underground position system which can make various information be sent to visual emergency command system at first time; it uses JNI technology to integrate DVR which can get video information of monitored points real-timely; it uses expert database module to analyze data needed by emergency command process; it uses holographic technology and GIS engine to display accident area. The actual application validated applicability of the system.
