  • The paper analyzed current status of informatization of coal enterprises, and expounded keys and implementation strategies of imformatization construction of coal enterprises by taking practice of Zhongping Energy Chemical Group Co., Ltd. as an example, namely constructing enterprise information highway, data storage and usage center, application system groups of safety production management control, operation management and cooperative working, and high integrated ERP platform. The application showed that informatization construction of coal enterprise is good for improvement of management level, working efficiency and economical benefit of coal enterprise.
