  • An intelligent methane concentration detector based on SPCE061A and non-heating semiconductor gas sensor was designed.The working principle,hardware configuration and software design of the detector were introduced detailedly.The detector has two output modes of LCD display and voice broadcast which is visual and practical.And the detector overcomes shortcomings of non-linearization of gas sensor output and sensitivity falling with time and power voltage in traditional detectors through amending sensitivity by software,and it insures correctness of detection.
