Development of Device of Arc Distinction Coil with Paralleling Buffer Resistance

The paper introduces the principle, functions, structure of a new type device of arc distinction coil with paralleling buffer resistance. It can not only effectively compensate the currents of single phase ground capacitance, but also prevent arcing ground overvoltage.
