  • The intension of concept of reliability and the definition of reliability are discussed according to whether the fault tolerant control system satisfies performance requirement. The fault probability, the degree of fault tolerance and problem of reliabilty in the fault tolerant control system are analyzed in the view of statistics. And Markov chain is used to analyze and model for the reliability problem.
