Design of Microcomputer Blending System Based on Fuzzy Self-adaptive Control Algorithm

  • In order to resolve the problems of low precision and bad real-time of traditional control methods of blending system,the paper designed a fuzzy self-adaptive microcomputer blending system by using of fuzzy self-adaptive control algorithm based on fuzzy theory and expert system.The system adopts deviation and deviation change rate of raw material’s set value and actual weighing value as the fuzzy controller’s inputs and feeding and discharging speed as the outputs,and uses expert system to on-line evaluate weighing state and control precision and automatically adjust weighing speed and flying material amount,so as to realize the best combination of speed and precision.The practical application showed that the algorithm increases system’s precision and speed,reaches the set control requirements.
