Research and Development of Energy Saving Device of Asyncronous Motor Based on Single-chip Microcomputer

  • By the Γ-equivalent circuit of asyncronous motor, we came to the conclusion that the voltage of the power supply should change with the load’s change and the Mem/U2 should remain constant for the minimum loss. In terms of the conclusion, a energy saving device was designed based on single chip microcomputer control angle of flow of silicon symmetrica switch and the device’s energy saving rate curve was given which is changed with the load’s change.
